My family and I owe everything to Armando Montelelongo Seminars. We are so,very grateful for this,company and Armando Montelongo hinself. The personal attention and education we received from Armando Montelongo has changed our lives and to now have the ability to change the lives of my children and there children has really impacted our family not to mention,all the great people in his company,now we call our friends and some family. We are so very please and grateful to,be apart of such a great,group of people, taught by the best a mentored by the best not only in real estate but on a life scale. To be honest to us flipping houses was just a bonus in our lives. The great group of people we have met along this journey our now our closet friends. I,CAN'T THANK Armando enough for making us,believe in ourselves and teaching us keys to success both,in real estate and in life.So much so I want to go through it again just,to be apart of such a wonderful seminar.

Dear Ms. [redacted],While I deeply regret your less than satisfactory experience, I do want to extend the possibility of some additional real estate support.  As part of your Workshop package, you obviously received a 3 day seminar taught by experienced investors.  That seminar laid out...

the structure and foundation of a career in real estate investment.  Finding deals, funding those deals, rehabbing the properties, and then finally identifying potential buyers and making a profit was taught along with topics such as rental properties, entity creation, lease options, wholesaleing, tax consequences, and many other topics.  There was enough material to get you kick-started into a new life.  Along with the Master Course Kit, which is the blueprint for the system, contains vital forms, and has step-by-step information to mirror and even supplement the Workshop material you purchased valuable training and information.  Not only that, but you purchased 6 months of real estate hotline access, whom you could have called every day if you had needed.  In addition to the above, you were in possession of not one, but two guarantees that were outlined for you on the forms that came with the purchase agreement.  Either one of those, you could have pursued and with some work you could have gotten your money back even if you were never successful as an investor.  How many offers did you submit on available deals?  If there is anything that the company can do for you please don't hesitate to call the hotline at ###-###-####.  I feel confident that even years after attendance they may be able to help you.Best regards,[redacted]

This consumer and I are attempting to find a mutually acceptable resolution and have communicated by phone and email in such attempt.  The company feels that a satisfactory resolution is forthcoming in the near future.  The consumer attended all of the programs and events he purchased and took full advantage of the company's financial outlay and investment into his real estate investment training and opportunity.  More than 3 years later, without any evidence of attempts to submit any offers, identify deals, secure funding, or make any sort of real estate transaction using the program, he is requesting a full refund.  The main issue as the company sees it was a misunderstanding of one aspect of the Bus Tour package.  Properties are available at each event for consumers to purchase as rental properties.  They are in a hyper-growth market and already have renters and property management set up.  The consumer sounds like he expect these properties to be available for flipping instead of rentals.  Also, despite the numerous descriptions of the system as requiring hard work from the consumer, he got the impression that the system could be utilized without considerable effort.  In light of these complaints and mis-perceptions, the company is pursuing an appropriate resolution with the student and the company will update the Revdex.com complaint as the process moves forward.   Best regards, [redacted]

I responded with the message below on April 1st to this proposal and left a phone message and I am now awaiting their response:Please answer the below request soon so I can respond to the Revdex.com, I only have a few days to give them a response.You have been so helpful through this and I truly appreciate everything. One last question, is there any way at all that we could be refunded the amount of at least the $29,990 Bus Trip package since this was the most costly thing we feel we were scammed into purchasing, or is $10,000 the best we can hope for? Please understand I have to ask.Please respond. Thank you and God Bless you.

The business has corresponded with the consumer and has offered to settle the complaint.  The business is awaiting confirmation from the consumer.

The company would like to respond to this complaint and offer a resolution.  I will have a representative from the appropriate department give her a call today.

I was introduced to Armando Montelongo's Seminars through late night television, believe it or not. And even though I wasn't totally convinced of their offering, because I'd attended a competitor's seminar and their information didn't motivate me to go any further, I still knew I had to check Armando out. And this proved to me that not all companies are the same! After the 3rd day of Armando's seminar, and having done enough research on other companies, I knew that I was in the right place. Since I've applied what I've learned, I can say that I've already finished up on 2 deals and am working on another in Maryland, which is half-way across the US from me. So it can be done, and done from anywhere.

Their support has also been fantastic. Each time I have a question and call, or actually go to visit them, their staff makes me feel just like family, which also separates them from other companies in their business. They may be 4 hours away, but for what I get in return, it's more than worth it! They're always willing to be there for me, to help and support me in any way they can. Their organization has been set-up 'as family' and it sure feels that way every time I'm with them. And just like a real family, who should make you feel good when you're on track with something and want to be there to encourage you to keep going, they are there to actually push you, if need be! And despite some unexpected challenges along the way with my real family, during this time of investing, I can only dedicate myself even more to this new family who's investing in my well-being and success!

I went to the 3 hour speech on Armando's business on flipping houses, they promised on the 3 day event they would provide you with all the forms you needed to start your business, and all they did for the 3 days is hard sell his bus tour out in san diego. when I stated I was a disabled vet I couldn't even get the so called team members to talk with me. and the main person just totally ignored me or talked down to me. so please do not go to the 3 hour sales pitch or the 3 day event where they promise to give you all this paperwork to start your business all they do is push to sale their bus tours for 43,000 dollars and you pay your own airfare and your own food and hotel where does that 43,000 go for?? please answer that one Armando??? i'd rather be a honest barely surviving disabled vet then a [redacted] crook.

[redacted],  Unfortunately, through my research, I have found that what the consumer said is inaccurate and that she did not make an attempt to cancel the contract within the approved time frame.  I was also able to speak with each representative that spoke with her and listen to the recorded calls and determine that no one gave any approval for a refund or cancellation.  I have communicated that to the consumer and the company has won the chargeback effort with the credit card company after showing that the chargeback reason was not valid.  I have offered to the consumer in communication that occurred after the Revdex.com complaint was closed that the company was willing to design and implement alternative fulfillment.  I had given the Ms. [redacted] the benefit of the doubt and stated that after I confirmed what she claimed, I could move forward on a refund or allowing the chargeback to stand, but after my thorough research, I did not find anything to support her claims, so alternative fulfillment or rescheduling were the resolutions I was prepared to offer.  The company would even be willing to fly out a representative to meet with her to conduct the training in her market, tailoring the material and content to her specific needs and goals if that would be something Ms. [redacted] would like.  Let me know if there is anything you need from us at this point or if there is something else you suggest.  Thank you for your help in resolving this situation.   Best regards, [redacted]
