I've only been involved with the Armando Montelongo Seminar group for a few months, but it's already paying off. From the initial introduction of a 1 day seminar right up until now, the process has been very informative and engaging. Because they offer continuing education, from a 3 day seminar on up to the Bus Tour I just attended at the end of September, I've been able to apply their vast array of knowledge into putting 5 properties under contract. Some have fallen off, which is fine because their training makes you aware of deals that you shouldn't pursue anyway, and I have 1 that will close in the first week of November. It is in a state other than where I reside, but I have been able to work through it as Armando's support has been phenomenal throughout. From how it was presented to the actual assistance they provide, it's been transparent all the way. Because of this, I'm looking forward to expanding in other markets as well. Even though I've already been involved in real estate investing, Armando's information and training is providing greater footing for my future endeavors!

I am rejecting this response because: The statement that they did not use high pressure tactics is a complete lie. I am unable to use what they coerced me to purchase. Also, that adjustment was made to calm me down when I tried to cancel. I have asked repeatedly to cancel and get a refund based on the high pressure and my inability to speak up. This situation is causing me intense anxiety, and health problems. I don't understand why they have refused to refund me every time I have stated I wanted a refund. I am disabled and on top of that completely unable To use anything I was pressured to buy. The statements they made are very misleading. They know I asked for a refund within the time period allowed. Instead they took every penny I had available on credit and now I have nothing but more debt, and emptied account and more severe health problems. I need a full refund.
