Mr*** had previously issued a complaint and refund request with the company in November and per our refund policy, the request was denied He spoke with an agent at the company that negotiated with him potential terms of some sort of settlement regarding a refund or partial
refund After those negotiations, more than a year went by before the company received any communication from Mr*** As documented, Mr*** had flipped a property and made some sort of profit The company sincerely stands ready to reopen the offer to Mr*** for additional training, be it in the form of a full Bus Tour, or personalized coaching, but the company is not willing to re-extend any offer for a refund at this time If Mr*** would like assistance in continuing or advancing his real estate investment career, the company is fully prepared to discuss the way it could go to all reasonable lengths to train and mentor Mr*** to that end Best regards,

I am rejecting this response because: I have already tried contacting Armando Montelongo Company and no one has offered to help me at all - not even a little - what you are saying about helping is a complete lie. I was told I would receive something that I did not and therefore you should provide a refund as not doing so makes you into a scam company. Return my money as you said you would and or provide what you had offered. You cannot all of a sudden change what you said you offered per package. This company feels so much like a scam. I just hope you return my money I feel I was stolen from and I am a hardworking person who does not deserve to be fooled the way you people have tried to fool me. Please refund my money.

The company has proposed a reasonable settlement to Mr. [redacted] and will await his response as we move forward to a mutually satisfactory resolution.  Although the company would like the opportunity to give Mr. [redacted] the tools for success and see where the customer service and training could fill in any gaps in knowledge or confidence, the company realizes that in this instance, that may not be desirable.  The company is offering what it considers to be a fair resolution under the specific circumstances of this case and hope for the matter to be resolved quickly and to the consumers full satisfaction.

After experiencing a few Armando Montelongo seminars with all their energy (that other companies I attended lacked, as they were so boring!), I just had to invite my daughter to join me. Even though I'm over 50, I know I can succeed in this business that has been so successful for countless others. My daughter and I are miles apart in separate states, but we're making a go of it, actually putting our first offer into motion this week. We're not only helping each other, but Armando's group is very encouraging in getting us the help that we need too. Their support has been invaluable and plays a huge role in the progress of everyone's efforts. And it is an effort, believe me, but one that we know will have it's many rewards.

The company received the Notice of Cancellation and we are processing the refund of $1497.  If the consumer pursues the chargeback through the bank, then obviously, we won't be able to issue a normal refund until the chargeback is complete.  If the consumer discontinues the chargeback...

process, if possible, then the refund process will go forward.  A representative from our accounting department will call the consumer today regarding this issue.

The company exists to teach and train consumers to be successful real estate investors.  All the company does is to that end.  In this case, the consumer purchased an extremely valuable package of services that many have used to become successful.  The company continues to stand by...

its products and systems and firmly believes that anyone can take what is taught and implement it successfully.  I invite the consumer to contact me at [redacted] to discuss potential resolution of their complaint.

The company has already negotiated with this consumer and proposed a resolution.  The consumer decided to pursue other options.  The company remains committed to serving this consumer or providing a mutually satisfactory resolution.  Should the consumer desire to restart negotiation directly with the company he may contact me at any time.  The consumer presented his concerns and story to the company and the company presented a mutually satisfactory resolution.  The consumer decided to continue in another course of action.  The original proposal is still in on the table.

I am rejecting this response because:You are being deceptive. I have wanted my money back in during the cooling off period. I was coerced into making the purchases and I have been very clear that I wanted my money back. I was told that you are involved in a wounded warrior Project. Now I see that you're actually stealing from veteran like myself who are also hurt from their service in the military just to pretend to care about wounded warriors. The only way to really truly make this right if you get a full refund.
