I am rejecting this response because:The Armando Montelongo Seminars think my case is hopeless because rules are rules, but I feel it isn't right to take the Life Time savings from Seniors like me and my husband who only receives $1629.00 a month in SSA and later exchanged the money of this life savings to our credit cards and put the people in debt for $44,800.00 for a seminar, its too expensive, were they don't feed us and don't give us time for rest and our brain gets so tired to think and reflecting on what is going on, I don't call it Training I call this Abuse and they take advantage of vulnerable people with needs (and sick, I'm going to have my 21st surgery on October) and it really hurts my feelings because on TV Commercial you believe in what you think is true, but its not.Yes, I sent 2 letters to Armando Montelongo because I admire him on TV, the first day of the seminar with [redacted] I asked him to give Armando my letter where I'm begging him to refund my money and I ask him to help me. I asked Armando if we can take his picture, so I can ask him if he got the letter from [redacted].  After the seminar I sent the 2nd letter to his office in [redacted], begging him to please refund my life time savings back to my credit cards. He never answered me. This is why I wrote the Revdex.com, because I don't feel it is correct to loose our entire life savings after we worked very hard all our life to have a little in our Golden Years with no debt in our credit cards. Please help me to recover our money back to our credit cards.  Thank you.

The consumer and the business have corresponded several times regarding this concern and the business has offered to have the consumer register and attend an event, but unfortunately he has not accepted the offer and is demanding the winnings to the sweepstakes that he has not entered and is not eligible for.  The business explained the terms and the re-stated the advertisement as well as citing the web page where the full terms can be found.  Please let us know if there is anything else the company can do.

rejecting this response because:   During the Anaheim Seminar, they advised that the entire amount needed to be paid or else you can not continue.  Well I added everything in my savings because I did not have any credit cards at the time but 1 with [redacted]  Well I signed up for credit with [redacted] and I increased my credit line with [redacted], which is what they advised at the seminar.  But I was not going to receive my cards for 7 - 10 business days.  So they advised that they can charge my debit card with my life savings because the entire amount needed to be charged in order to continue and then once my credit cards arrived they can make the transfer, to charge the credit cards and return me my savings back to [redacted] So the amount is still the same just under credit card debt.  On June 16, both [redacted] and [redacted] credits were charged to their max limit. On June 22 my [redacted] was charged to its max. On June 7 my [redacted] card was charged to its new max limit.Now I have credit card debt.

After just 4 short months of being introduced to Armando Montelongo's Seminars, I can proudly say that I'm putting into action the knowledge I've gained from their company! I am enjoying the profit of their impeccable training & see a huge future with their service. Since viewing their ad on TV, the decision to move forward has been very rewarding. We'd always thought about the opportunity to venture into the world of real estate investing & thought, 'It's now time to do something about it'. Each step of education has lead us to further it even more, & without a doubt, made it possible in such a brief time to offer our 1st purchase agreement for a home, just today.

Their 3 day course was so informative, we honestly felt that we could have stopped there & succeeded, to a degree. But we all know, to get the most out of an event like this, you have to give it your all. And it's easier to do just that when you're given such fabulous support. So far, it's the #1 reason that keeps us going with such enthusiasm. Any time we have a question, their staff is available with the correct information & encouragement. And as we get to know their people, we of course are so much more comfortable in calling on them whenever we do need help.

Bottom line, we're applying what we've been learning & it's exciting. I've sometimes thought of the old saying, 'If it's too good to be true, it probably is' & how that does not apply to this opportunity. Why, because my mind-set is, 'If it's too good to be true, then check it out'. And I'm glad I did. Any successful person will tell you, with this kind of attitude, one can only succeed!

The Workshop described does contain the essential tools and techniques of real estate investment using the company's proven system.  Trained, experienced coaches use the three days to introduce and then explain real estate investment topics from locating...

and identifying potential investment properties, securing different sources of funding for investment, rehabilitating properties, finding potential buyers and marketing the properties, entity formation, asset protection, managing rental properties, and many other topics.  If consumers desire more in-depth or hands-on training, other programs are, of course, available.  But, those consumers who do not wish to pursue further training, will after 3 days have the tools and the materials necessary to begin investing immediately.  The entire career field of real estate investment and the various investment vehicles therein are such that it is not possible to cover every detail and potential permutation in one weekend.  But, even still, the company backs the Workshop wholeheartedly, by offering the real estate hotline as well as the guarantees, both of which the company invites each consumer to take full advantage of.  Aside from that, the complimentary Master Course Kit spells out the company's investment system in a step-by-step fashion and should accompany and supplement the class training for future review and guidance.

I am rejecting this response because: Dear [redacted],  I sent You and [redacted] and [redacted] an email with my contact number not one of you bothered to call me back to see if there was anything that could be done on speeding up the refund. For 7 months going on 8 months now My Partner [redacted] and I have been passed around that office like a hot potato with no one wanting to help, After numerous of phone calls , emails, voice messages to the call center with no one getting back with us, this issue is getting very old. After talking with [redacted] the other day and him going on the defense with us shows us you guys have no intention of doing the right thing. If you really want to solve this issue contact me ###-###-#### or ###-###-####, I'm not interested in more talk or delays all we want is the refund and lets move on to the 3 day private one on one  Master Mentor program in [redacted] which is coming up very soon if we cant get pass the $[redacted] refund I'm going to consider the whole program in default. MESSAGE FROM BUSINESS: The company exists to teach and train consumers to be successful real estate investors.  All the company does is to that end.  In this case, the consumer purchased an extremely valuable package of services that many have used to become successful.  The company continues to stand by its products and systems and firmly believes that anyone can take what is taught and implement it successfully.I am rejecting this response because:Thank you for your honest response. Unfortunately, if we were told your statement from the start, we would NEVER have paid the Armando Montelongo company all the money we did for these seminars and "mentors". I've always been about hard work, success principles, etc. However, we were painted a VERY different picture by this company from the start. The speakers make it sound like Armando had bought up all these properties for us to "flip", we would be guided every step of the way, we would almost certainly recoup all our expenses and more, and those are just some of the the false misleading promises. Your response is the ethical way to honestly advertise the exact services you will receive for the money you pay, the Armando Montelongo company's deceptive approach to lure us in was not.Also, when I called the Armando Montelongo company weeks ago, I told the secretary our story about how we felt completely taken advantage of by the company from start to finish. I told her the last thing we wanted was another "mentor", only a complete refund of our money for all the false promises made to us by this company, which actually encouraged us to go into credit card debt and take money from our savings (and children's savings) in order to pay for seminars, Bus Tours, and "mentors". A couple weeks ago we even received an Armando email offering us another "mentor":( Unfortunately, myself nor my family will ever be able to trust anything from the Armando Montelongo company ever again.Again, the only thing I want is a full refund of all the money we paid to Armando Montelongo Seminars (the Introductory seminar, the Boots on the Ground seminar, the Bus Tour/seminar, the Asset Protection seminar, and the Phone Mentoring), as they dishonestly made false claims and did not provide us with what we were told. I am not asking for any travel expenses or unpaid time away from work, just the money we gave to this company. The total amount we paid was over $37,000. I still have all receipts ready to provide them to you.   I truly hope you will dig deep and find it in your hearts to do the right thing and give us back all our money we gave to the Armando Montelongo company and relieve the financial and emotional hardships this company has caused our family. Not only during the seminars themselves, but the continued support and motivation I have received after as well. It is not a get rich quick sceme. You have to put in the hard work.
