When I first moved here, I tried a number of plumbersI have happily settled with Anderson for the last many yearsAlthough they may cost a bit more, they come promptly, know what they're doing, and do an excellent jobWe have gotten terrific advice and service from them both for a new heating-and air conditioning system and for plumbing work
Service rep *** *showed up promptly as indicated by previous phone call I suspected a bad shower (single) mixing valve because we were experiencing reduced flow from the shower head and a higher than usual "HOT" setting *** showed the flow issue was the result of a new lower flow shower head that we had recently replaced not knowing it was a new "LOW FLOW" head, and the difference in hot vs cold valve setting we were seeing was simply due to the cold water supply this winter is just much "colder" water than in the pastHe put on an old shower head that I had and the flow (pressure) issue was solved, and he suggested keeping an eye on valve setting and see if it didn't go back to position after the weather started warming up to more temperatures Only charge was for the service call We have used Anderson Plumbing a number of times in the past, and we continue to be "VERY SATISFIED" with their service We will not hesitate to call them again and happily recommend them to others!!!
As always, Anderson Plumbing did a great job for us and were able to fix our regulator plumbing issue same day *** (our Tech) was on time, courteous, and knowledgeable I would highly recommend this company to any of my friends and family

completed today 2/and carpet cleaning to be scheduled upon the tenant’s request

Larry was professional from the startGave me an accurate prediction of when he would be able to come and address my main line backup issueAlso, good advice of what NOT to do until he came It was late on a Saturday night, however, he was true to his word and arrived at 9:p.m He explained everything clearly, was very thorough, and performed the work quickly We appreciated his great service and knowledge Also, took care to wear booties when entering the house, shows care for their customers and the homeMy issue was resolved and also added extra services to return and further investigate to see if there may be bigger issuesThe point is that we needed the ability to have our toilets and tubs draining again, and he solved it very professionally while explaining and recommending common sense things to usVery knowledgeable, patient, and nice gentlemanGreat service!!!
