Salgau Roofing has always done a great job for us *** checks our slate roof every couple of years & is very quick & efficient We just had to replace our garage roof and they did a fantastic job Other roofing companies were more expensive & they would have taken a longer period to complete the job-most couldn't get started for to weeks but Salgau started within a week and completed the job on the same day The employees were very friendly & hard-working

The service was prompt and professional My technician *** *was very friendly and polite He explained everything thoroughly, took pictures of my water heater under the insulation blanket so I would have the serial numbers and parts reference I would definitely use this service again As a matter of fact, I was so pleased I joined the VIP club and made another appointment to have my HVAC serviced

Anderson Plumbing was the third company I called after being advised that my elderly mother’s house needed extensive sewer replacement/repair I was looking for additional remedies and quotes because the scope of work and estimated cost that I received from the original company was “extreme.”
Ricardo from Anderson evaluated our needs and explained that we were a good candidate for lining and that complete replacement was not necessary After seeing their quote and reading many reviews, we decided to go with Anderson
They sent a team out a couple days before Christmas for what was expected to be a one-day job It rained all day on the crew and hampered some of their digging efforts Despite being cold and wet all day, our crew was cheerful, worked late and it was clear that their primary concern was getting us back in working condition
In the end additional work was necessary and done, but they included everything in the price of the job
All the communication was great, from the appointments to the salesperson to the crew

They say they want to WOW you but it seems it is their way or forget itI had a drain problem at a rental house in La MesaI wanted them to invoice my property manager for payment but they wont do thatThey said they would be onsite on a Sunday afternoon and call for authorization at that time and if me or my manager could not be reached they would just leaveI told them I could not be there and I was concerned about missing their call and not getting the problem resolved for my tenantI was talking with CSR Kevin when the line went dead, I immediately called back and was told that Kevin went to lunchI asked to speak with a manager and was transferred to Tran who said he was the lead CSRSame dealGive us authorization when we get there or we leave, Very disappointed in their lack of flexibility and understandingAnderson could have earned lots of new business from me and my La Mesa property manager but they blew it

Anderson let me down tremendously I have paid them $16,over the last years on plumbing and AC projects, including the installation of a ductless AC unit in my home I am now having my kitchen remodeled and I need the kitchen AC unit uninstalled while the kitchen is demo'd The Anderson "comfort" specialist promised me it would get done before the contractor arrived on a Monday to start the demo The Friday before, at 5:pm, the comfort specialist emailed me saying they could not do the work Unbelievable Good by, MsAnderson You lost a faithful customer and referral source
