Couldn't believe it!

SDG&E came to our home due to a gas leak.They immediately "red tagged" us and shut of our gas!!!You need to know that this was days before Christmas and we had lots of company coming to visit us! We called Anderson Plumbing right awayWe had never used this company before but, they were recommend to usWhat a great choice it was calling them!! The first technician (***) came out right away and accessed the situationHe called the leak detection company and scheduled them to come right overHe was so helpful! The next day, *** showed up to fix the problemHe was so professional, courteous, respectful of our home and he absolutely "WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND" to be sure that the issue was fixed and that we would have hot water and heat by time our holiday guests arrived! He did just that!! What a gem of an employee! I highly recommend Anderson Plumbing & Heating!

I have nothing but high accolades and compliments for Anderson Plumbing and in particular [redacted]. Anderson was my second bid for the job so I was a bit leery of what I might encounter. I was very pleasantly surprised but the more importantly [redacted] listened to me and what I wanted instead of trying to up-sell me on product I didn't need nor want. I explained what I was looking to do and [redacted] did exactly that! He was very professional, articulate and business like. He got the job done and did it very well. When I asked questions he would explain the answers to me so I understood. He would recommend products but didn't push me into purchasing anything I wasn't comfortable with. I would highly recommend Anderson and more importantly [redacted]. I would go back to Anderson in a heart beat and specifically ask for [redacted]!
I had an emergency leak in a line in my front yard. [redacted] responded and did an excellent job finding and fixing not one, but two, leaks in two different lines. He worked diligently and professionally and did an outstanding job not only for me but also as a representative of his company. The only negative note is the insipid phrase used by the people who answer the phone when calls are made, "how can I make you smile". There is no good answer to that and it is extremely annoying. People don't call
plumbers to engage in happy talk. Just drop it.
I just had Salgau Roofing do my roof this week. They were very quick and professional. the guys cleaned up after themselves every day. Great to work with them. My roof looks great!!
I have used this firm several times and always with great success. Mr. Silgau is professional, courteous and always does the job right the first time. The owner inspects the work while being done and again at the end of the job. Refreshing!
Prices are fair and cleanup was impeccaple. Can't say enough good things about this company.

[redacted] was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable about what he was doing each step of the way. He explained what might be going on in the pipes and what he actually saw. He showed me the outside drain and how the water was not flowing well. Then after some more work he showed me the same drain and it was flowing extremely well! I'm very pleased with his professionalism, knowledge as a plumber, and yes, charm. He even pet my little dog which was a kind gesture. Thank you for having such an amazing employee.
