From start to finish, my experience with Anderson Plumbing was far better than I expected My first contact to set up my appointment was handled by a well informed employee who knew the steps that would be taken to clear my drain Larry F., my technician arrived on time, explained his background in plumbing, and the process needed to clear my drain Larry was very polite and very neat, which I appreciated He was able to clear the drain, reconnect the washer and made an appointment to have the drain inspected by camera at a time that fit into my schedule I have been sharing with my friends how impressed I was with Anderson Plumbing, especially Larry for his knowledge and ability to fix the problem the first time!
They did a very good job replacing my water heater, which required bringing the installation up to current building code *** the installer was friendly and took the time to explain what he was doing and why After the job was completed *** did an excellent job cleaning up, you would not have known any work was done

I have had great experiences with Anderson Most recently, I had a tech come out for a service check *** was extremely polite and professional I have also had a great experience with the admin office On the morning of my afternoon appointment, they called to see if I wanted an earlier appointment, because they saw my initial scheduling note that I had an additional appointment later that day and wanted to make sure that I had plenty of time to get to that appointment
We encountered drainage problems in multiple rooms in our homeThe first representative we met was Larry who proved to be exceptionally knowledgable and articulate and quickly diagnosed our problem We live in and older remodeled home with cast iron pipes and some of the pipes had deteriorated Ricardo confirmed the problem and we were able to negotiate a reasonable price for the repair Herman served as the lead for our repair work and was not only knowledgable and able to complete the work slightly ahead of schedule, despite inclement weather We had been renovating our home for quite some time and had had one challenging issue after another with virtually every contractor we encountered but Larry, Ricardo, and Herman individually and collectively were able to restore our confidence that there are still some professionals that really care about the quality of every aspect of their work
The technician who came to snake out our drain (*** *) was extremely polite and professionalHe accomplished the task efficiently and checked for signs of further issuesBecause of the behavior of his equipment, he felt that the drain may be compromised and scheduled a followup appointment with a camera technician to check out integrity of the drainI was very pleased with ***'s competence and professionalism
