My only complaint was the "minimum" price of the "basic" replacement toilet was/is EXTREMELEY high......Home Depot/Lowes have true basic models w/o the luxury feature of a slow closing lid. Who needs that??? To me that is a total rip-of!
I had a problem with my A/C. Dan came to check the unit and pointed out the problem right away. He explained the problem thoroughly and costs of repair as well. He answered all my questions and made good recommendations as well. I am very happy with Dan's service.

[redacted] responded quickly to our called and upon arrival explained all the procedures and the cost for the job. He was courteous and friendly and proceeded to do the job. When advised that due to the upcoming darkness he could continue the next day, he stated he wanted to get the job done so we would not be inconvenienced any further. Outstanding job by a very professional person and would recommend Anderson Plumbing, Heating and Air to anyone needing this type of service.
Our experience with Anderson started when [redacted] arrived to clear the kitchen drain. The drain was 58 year old cast iron pipe that crumbled in his hands. [redacted] then came to evaluate the total situation and we told him that we wanted to replace all of the old cast iron. [redacted] and [redacted] spent 3 days removing the old pipe and replacing it with new ABS drain pipe. It was a very challenging job but they were able to replace everything and did a really great job. They also installed new low flush toilets that we purchased. All of the techs were very knowledgeable, pleasant and polite. They explained everything they were doing and were very careful to avoid damage and did a thorough cleanup before leaving. [redacted] then arrived to patch the holes that had to be cut and did a very good job. He also protected the floor and did a thorough cleanup. We are not happy that the pipe had to be replaced, but could not have had a better organization do the work. Anderson is now our plumber.
A technician came out a few hours after we called. He was able to trouble shooting our leak situation. Also, helped fix other small plumbing issues around the house. Very good work.
[redacted] was very helpful in keeping the hallway of my home protected while working on a furnace installation.
I found him very polite and pleasant, as was his colleague, and it was a pleasant experience having the company working onsite to install a new furnace and AC system.

I had the best experience today in getting some plumbing repair and maintenance work from Anderson Plumbing. Technician, Larry F. could not have been more professional. He explained everything, even showing me photos of repairs that were needed, and how they would be done. He was very courteous and respectful. He put on paper booties every time he came inside and a rug was placed in front of the work area to protect my carpet. After the work was done, he showed me what he had done and asked if I had questions. I had complete confidence in his work.
