I have explained to the guest that the warranty is through Sealy and the they must have the law tags to identify the mattress. Sealy will not honor the warranty and so can't replace the mattress. If Sealy agrees to replace the mattress without the law tags then we would exchange but they won't. I have tried to call the guest back to explain this again the number sound like it is going to a faxes machine.

Spoke to the guest I am replacing the damaged headboard and footboard

Here are pictures of the television stand that I did not order. As I stated before the litigation women tried to accuse me and the moving company of a lot of things that was so disrespectful, I do not accept her accusationsSince I was recorded, you need to listen to the phone conversation. I tried very hard hard to not be in a state that made me lose my integrity but she caused me to step out of my comfort zoneIt does not fitI did not pick crystal. I chose stones (rocks )R*** ***

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Regards,*** ***I have been informed by Ashley Furniture that they will NOT refund my purchase or allow me to return it for a refundThey state that I signed a purchase contract and that they will NOT allow me to return it UNLESS I come in to choose another set of THEIR furniture for the same amount of money as the original purchase or they will not take back the set I have had so many problems with I was unaware I had moved to North Korea or Russia where I can be forced to purchase something I dont want they attempted to replace flawed merchandise times each time the piece they delivered was as badly damaged as the one they delivered before I dont want to purchase more of their furniture
