I have spoken with the guest and apologized that on one called to inform them that the sofa wouldn't be delivered due to a delay with it shipping from the manufacturer We have scheduled it and the loveseat for 11/

Spoke with lady who said would have to reopen warranty claim but no dates have given regarding service Tried to call back in response to the company response but left voice mail I haven't been given a claim number or any dates for service which is the whole reason my claim was opened.Regards,

I apologize but I didn't receive a request for me to respond until today and when I pulled my email up it tells me that the complaint has been closed and its "answered"Actually we have been still dealing with the issueNothing has been resolvedThe person who I have spoken to several times has not helped in anywayShe gave me the impression she was going to help me but still weeks later we still have not received all of our furnitureClearly not the week time frame they had told us hen we purchased the furnitureToday we were to receive the last installment, one tableOf course it was missing pieces and will take another -days for it to be in. Honestly they did nothing to make me ever purchase from Ashley's furniture again. Thank you for your time *** ***

This should be a Complaint on Montage not Ashley. The guest is out of the one year manufacturer's warranty and Montage is the one who is sending the service. We only order the parts that Montage sends a PO for. The guest is wanting the tech to look at furniture that Montage didn't put on the work order. I explained to the guest that he will need to call Montage to make a claim on the other items. He is wanting us to order parts that Montage has not said are needed

Matter has been resolved per the complainant

We have delivered all the guest furniture except the cocktail table. The is scheduled to be delivered on 2/23. I have left a message with the guest to follow up on the first delivery

We have picked up the table and chairs and the refund was posted to the guest account yesterday

I have spoken to the guest. We are working to resolve. We are reordering the damaged table

I have spoken to the guestWe have rescheduled the delivery for 3/I will follow up with the guest after the delivery

Sorry, we were told the furniture would be delivered this week, but have not heard another word. Ashley Furniture still has the sofa, love seat and our money at this time

I have spoken with the guest again today. She is emailing me pictures of the items that still aren't repaired. I will contact her with options after I see the pictures

I have spoken with the guest. There is only a one year warranty on the furniture. There are no notes any were until now about any damage or any issues with a rug. Since the guest is out of warranty we will not be able to send service or exchange the rug

I have spoken with the guest. We have delivered all the furniture and I am refunding the delivery fee for all the issues. This should be resolved.

I spoke with the guest yesterday. He was in a meeting and was going to call me back. I tried to call him back today. He picked up the phone and hung up once I said who I was. I tried to call back to make sure the phone call didn’t drop and it went to voice mail. Can you
please update the account that I am trying to reach out to the guest.
