I have reviewed the response made by the business in
reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution will be satisfactory to me. Ashley's Furniture has already performed this action and I consider this complaint resolved I do however have some concerns about their response to my complaint In their response, they state that they talked to *** ***, who they name as their customer, and ask "since *** is not the customer, will this count against us?" As I mentioned in my original complaint, my father and I purchased the sofa togetherBecause the sofa was to be delivered to my apartment in StLouis, my father asked me to take responsibility for the delivery processThis is what I did and after many frustrating attempts to contact someone at Ashley's Furniture about their repeated failure to deliver my sofa as promised, I filed a formal complaint with the Revdex.comI am an Ashley's Furniture customer, I am extremely disappointed with their unprofessional and untimely customer service, and my complaint should "count against [them]."

I have left a message for the guest to confirm she received the refund the we processed on 6/

I have spoken with the guest. The TV stand was damaged when we opened it to deliver to the guest. I have ordered a new one and rescheduled it for 8/31. We are issuing the guest another $gift card for the inconveniences again

We agreed to let the guest come and reselect the bedroom group The new furniture is scheduled to be delivered on 11/

Spoken with guest Offered to delivery another TV stand that is in showroom condition and give them $off for the inconvenience or they can reselect for something different He is going to speak with his wife and call me back

I have left a message to discuss options We do have the headboard scheduled for delivery on 10/

I have spoken with the guest and he is going to reselect all the matching pieces..

We have canceled the guest order and refunded their money.

All of our delivery  record at electronic.  The driver was having an issue with his phone that day the it didn't record the signature.  I have explained this to the guest.  We are exchanging the damaged foundation tomorrow along with delivering the dresser.  I have left a message for the guest to discuss further.

Revdex.com: I was offered to go and reselect a chair or $200 money back and lately offered to reselect the whole set of living room . I went to the store Sunday 06/27/2017 seen all the living rooms selection and could not find my need especially after purchasing coffee table set and a area rug . so I still requesting a full refund .

I have been trying to reach the guest to discuss the damage to the table.  We keep missing each others calls.

We have reordered the guest the 2 correct chairs and we have replaced one of the damaged chairs too. We are delivering the new chairs on 2/14. I will follow up with the guest after the delivery to make sure a=everything went well.

The below information was given verbally by telephone to the Revdex.com.
Mrs. [redacted] continually called Ashley Furniture requesting updates on her furniture, she never received a return call. Subsequently she made one last call to Ashley Furniture and her furniture was in store ready for delivery....

Mrs. [redacted] originally was to pick their furniture up, and reverted back to her picking furniture up instead of delivery. Mrs. [redacted] has all her furniture. %3

I had spoke with the guest on 5/6 and he said we had resolved all the issues.  I called him again today and he said he was promised a fireplace insert for the inconveniences.  I am ordering the insert at no charge for all the issues.

we have delivered the furniture.  we are sending someone out to level the chair.  I  have left a message with the guest to follow up.
