Ashton Service Group I think the plumber did an excellent job in replacing my bathroom sink and popup stopperI just would have liked it better if he had told me first that the popup stopper was not always reliable ( I have yet to find out that.)

Dave M [redacted] installed a new gas valve on my furnace on Tuesday, November He was prompt, professional, friendly, and full of good information on how to maintain my furnace I am impressed with ALL of Ashton's service personnel - like Dave, each one is professional, on time, friendly, informative, and the advice is given in easy to understand English, with no hint of impatience It took days to get the part from Edmonton (the furnace broke down on Saturday morning), and the parts department wasn't open on the weekend I have a service plan with Ashton, for which I pay $20/month, and in the past I considered giving it up Not any more - I was given preferred customer status, and I feel secure with Ashton Just a note: add a reminder to your calendar to book a service call in September, and beat the cold season rush

Discovered my furnace quit around in the afternoon Called the company that installed it and was told no one was available, everyone had gone home for the day Customer loyalty meant nothing to them Proceeded to call companies in my area with 24/service with no positive results Meanwhile, my nephew was checking reviews on line and found Ashton Service GroupSteven took my call and realized that a senior [redacted] has a low tolerance of the cold and said he would express the urgency to his dispatcher (Coldest night of the year!) Shortly after I received a call from Alan that Xavier would be here in approximately minutes and sure enough he arrived in about hour He determined the problem but did not have the necessary part on his truck as I have an older style furnace However, first thing in the morning he called the manufacturer who told him it would take a week to bring in! Still he managed to source the part somewhere else and had the heat up and running before noon A company is only as good as it's employees Obviously Ashton has chosen well Thank you Steven, Alan and Xavier for your efforts and professionalism Well done!
Both Mehdi and Jon did some remedial work on our new a/c system Both excellent reps for their Company who have dealt diligently with several problems that have arisen since initial installation
We had our yearly house plumbing inspection completed by Ion who was very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire inspectionI would not hesitate to call upon Ion for our future plumbing needs
