The dispatcher and plumber were both very courteousI like how they follow through and phone and email as they said they would and arrived within the hour time windowI like how they gave various options and suggestions for the issue We haven't proceeded with the fix yet, but they gave us a good first impression

Re Ashton Service Group...just to say that Arlene in the office is the very BEST She was very helpful and kind and no arguments with my problem She had Mike Alook after us who was just a helpful Mike explained what he was going to do and how he was going to resolve our problem which he did!
All team members of Ashton have been extremely friendly and very helpful especially Xavier and Mike who came out to the house for a leak in our AC They were friendly, professional and took the time to explain what was going on in a way that made sense Even though the news wasn't good, they were understanding and extremely helpful!
The Whole experience of new furnace and tank less hot water install from start to finish was done as well as one could imagineThe Installers were courteous, efficient, friendly,very competent clearly hard working and very willing to answer questionsI would not hesitate to recommenced them to anyoneJeff the estimator and overseer of the project was very clear, well informed and courteous and very willing to answer all our questions thoroughlyJeff came back and did a final inspection of the install and ensured that a few minor issues were corrected and then adjusted the equipment to better fit our needs

I purchased an ac system one up stairs and one down stairs units Two weeks after the install the unit up stairs quit getting cold Called and they came out and found the compressor was not running They fixed it but since has never been cold enough Then I was told it was a comfort unit and couldn't go below 67, which told to me by the salesman I had btu portable unit in my bedroom at the time which kept my bedroom perfectly cool Now I spent $on this unit and wake up every night hot I can't get anyone in management to call me back and the one year warranty is almost up Now they want me to deal with the manufactor
I have a Priority account with Ashton I had a sudden leak under my kitchen sink in the early afternoon I turned off the water under the sink immediately and called Ashton Ashton responded to my phone call immediately, about 1/hours later, Tom Cwas at the door, and by 3:the work was complete No charge for my call-out b/c of the Priority account Prompt, professional service, as always

Ashton failed to complete the inspection on my furnace claiming they did not have the correct filter in StockDespite multiple reminders, they refuse to come plate the work and supply the filters as promised and paid for.they simply quit returning my calls, no excuse given
