I think the plumber did an excellent job in replacing my bathroom sink and popup stopperI just would have liked it better if he had told me first that the popup stopper was not always reliable ( I have yet to find out that.)
One time, and Tyler did not just change the UV bulb, he also checked over the furnace, checked the flame sensor, and changed the filter I was impressed by Ashton when they installed my luckless AC unit, and I am equally as happy with this visit for the furnace
I purchased a Navien combi system from Ashton Service Group to replace my old boiler and hot water tankI have had nothing but problems with this system and would not recommend it to any residential customer I have already replaced mixing valves, sensors and the mother board on my unit and have had a few leaks to deal with and the system is not yet a year oldHaving said that this, ASG has been very good at coming out promptly to fix my system's problemsTim Mcame out this week to correct a sensor problem I was pleased with his customer interface skills and his technical knowledge on my Navien system Thanks Tim!

Ming was back to replace a part under waranty after doing an annual furnace servicing for us a few weeks ago He arrived promptly and explained that he needed to remove the faulty part and present it to the manufacturer in order to get the warranty replacement part He had the part out and was on his way to get the replacement in just a few minutes; within a short time he was back, had the new part installed, tested and cleaned up the work area Again, great service from a personable, courteous and skilled technician We will not hesitate to call Ming and Ashton for any further HVAC services Good job, well done...thanks!
