Ion from Ashton Service Group came to me house to check a small leak under the kitchen sink He also checked all the shut off valves in my house They were all old and needed replacing He did an excellent job and left everything neat and clean He even wore overshoes in the house I would definitely use Ashton again and Ion was most professional

The company I had used to service my gas appliances for several years is no longer in business Searching online for another I picked Ashton Service Group and am so glad I did They have replaced the gas control valve on the water heater and installed a new furnace replacing a year old unit which was just beginning to fail I was extremely impressed with the prompt and courteous service I received from the first telephone contact through the work being completed Everyone I had contact with was very business-like, professional and competent

I appreciate that as a member I got priority service for a toilet that was leaking under the tank from a seal that needed replacing I know that this is a simple procedure I was given an estimate of more than $for this work!! For a non-member, the estimate was well over $500! He told me that removing the bolts on an old toilet was often a problem The job was completed in minutes with no problem and I was told I would get a break on the price It was still $ When I asked him to itemize the materials and labour I was told that it was all together I am sure that the new seal cost less than $ I have no complaint about the quality of the work but I think that the price was excessive He also tried to sell me a new toilet for almost $ I will be looking elsewhere for plumbing services
Tim was hours early which we were so thankful for as we had been without heat for three days He problem solved the issue with our furnace and had the part ordered quickly Unfortunately Lennox was not quick to respond so Tim went to their warehouse to get what he needed He returned to complete the job professionally We were very happy to have had Tim repair the furnace We don't think this furnace issue could have been handled any more efficiently We are looking forward to a warm winter without any more calls for service Thank you, Tim...and the Ashton Service group
Dave M*** installed a new gas valve on my furnace on Tuesday, November He was prompt, professional, friendly, and full of good information on how to maintain my furnace I am impressed with ALL of Ashton's service personnel - like Dave, each one is professional, on time, friendly, informative, and the advice is given in easy to understand English, with no hint of impatience
It took days to get the part from Edmonton (the furnace broke down on Saturday morning), and the parts department wasn't open on the weekend I have a service plan with Ashton, for which I pay $20/month, and in the past I considered giving it up Not any more - I was given preferred customer status, and I feel secure with Ashton Just a note: add a reminder to your calendar to book a service call in September, and beat the cold season rush
I've recently had to have my furnace replaced and the Ashton Group was extremely efficient, accommodating and swift Gerry did a great job coordinating, Jeff and Dave with trouble shooting and finding a suitable replacement and Tyler & Wes did an awesome installation I've used Ashton for close to 25yrsand have always been happy
Mo R*** is a very professional, efficient and caring technician; his good attitude of work has far exceeded my expectation He addressed all my concerns and accommodated all my needs within an extremely short period of time Mo also worked very closely with his contractors, performed final check to ensure that restoration work was completed to my entire satisfaction Ashton's support staff, Stephen Chung and Arlene, were also extremely helpful Stephen had went above and beyond to help me find a company for my cabinet mould cleaning during the past holiday season Because of this experience, I have joined Ashton's Plumbing Maintenance Plan and have introduced my neighbor to join too, with Mo as our designated plumber I am very thankful for all the help the Ashton Service Group has provided
