I went to the Largo office which was very clean, professional. I was seen promptly. Dr F[redacted] ended up replacing an old crown. I am a nervous patient and Dr F[redacted] was excellent and very patient with me. My new crown came in quickly and fit perfectly. I was very pleased and will return. They also clean and whitened my teeth. I was one of the best cleanings I've ever had.

I received a call from Aspen Dental regarding my complaint on Tuesday, January 23, 2018 (day after Revdex.com contacted them).  They left a voicemail indicating to disregard the bill for the entire amount indicated on the complaint. I will hold onto that voicemail message should they inadvertently...

In response to Mr. [redacted]'s reply, we offered to see Mr. [redacted] to assess his concerns, but he refused. The Aspen Dental treating dentists will respond to any inquiries received from state agencies or boards regarding services provided etc.

partial upper and lower Cast dentures.  The cost of these dentures was not included in the original amount as they are delivered approximately six months after the extractions (healing period).  During that time the patient has the immediate partial dentures and receives relines and adjustments as necessary.  Ms. [redacted] paid $1,200.00 on November 04, 2015 to continue treatment and receive the Cast partial dentures.
