I have received your complaint statement filed with the Revdex.com. I have reviewed it and your Aspen Dental account. Our records show that on November 24, 2015 refunds were processed back to your dental insurance carrier for all payments received with exception of the $82.00 received for your cleaning done on April 14, 2015. The refund check was mailed on November 27, 2015. As a courtesy, I am also refunding the remaining $10.80 payment made by you. A check will be mailed to you within the next 7 business days. For your review I am including a copy of your Aspen Dental account ledger history showing all transactions to date.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response becaus
Thank you for staying on this. I just can't seem to get her to understand that only one filling stayed on the rest fell out and I still had to have a tooth pulled.   I went to Aspen Dental to get a tooth pulled #14, I had been to a different dentist earlier who said it had to come out but he was to expensive. My initial visit with Aspen   I was taken back for X-rays and was told the tooth had to come out and it would cost $125-275.    My next visit the dentist said he didn't want to pull it so instead of pulling the tooth he ground it down and then told me he could save me $900 by building up the next tooth #13 instead of putting on a crown, it had broken so he put two pins in and patched it.   Then he put a filling on #12.    They charged me $550The next day the filling on #13 fell out and the pins were cutting my tongue. That tooth never hurt before but it sure did now along with #14.   I called them right away but they couldn't see me for several days, when I did get in he cut the pins off and told me I would now need a crown.   My biggest mistake is I paid them in full that day.   I went to another dentist who said tooth #14 would have to be pulled. #13 a root canal and crown...   So there is only one filling from Aspen Dental that didn't fall out.   Everything else had to be fixed by the next dentist.I will settle for a check for $300.00[redacted]

Dear Mr. [redacted]:

Thank you for sharing your concerns about the issue with your denture.  I certainly do apologize for your experience at the Saratoga Springs, Aspen Dental office.

I have received your complaint filed with the Revdex.com.  I have reviewed it...

and your Aspen Dental account with the Office Manager, [redacted].  [redacted] has advised me that she spoke with you on April 28, 2015, and that she offered to have you come for a no charge evaluation with the dentist to determine the issues with your denture.

You had extractions and received the full upper denture on October 21, 2013. Following those services, you were entitled to free adjustments and a hard re-line once the healing process was complete.  You only returned once for a post-operative evaluation on October 28, 2013. As [redacted] discussed with you, the Saratoga Springs office is more than willing to see you to help with any issue that you are currently having; however without an evaluation by the Aspen Dental dentist, there will be no consideration for any re-make or refund for the denture.  Please contact [redacted] at the Saratoga Springs, NY Aspen Dental office at ###-###-#### (option 2) to make an appointment.

I appreciate you giving me the opportunity to respond to your inquiry.  I am available for any further questions at the below contact information.

Sincerely,

Dear Ms. [redacted]:

Thank you for sharing your concerns about the treatment you received.  I am writing to you on behalf of the Columbus, IN Aspen Dental branded practice, owned and operated by CS Dental LLC.  I certainly do apologize for your experience at the Columbus, IN Aspen Dental office.

I am in receipt of your complaint filed with the Revdex.com.  I have reviewed it with the Columbus, IN Aspen Dental Office Manager, Deborah.  The reason a balance remained due after all insurance payments were made is because a portion of your initial estimate was based on anticipated participating provider discounts from your dental insurance provider.  When payment was received from your dental insurance these discounts were not indicated.  The insurance company dictates the amounts of discounts taken (if any).  After review, I note that Aspen Dental did actually receive the estimated payment amount from your dental insurance and you did remit the patient portion quoted to you.  As a courtesy to you, I have been authorized to remove the entire remaining amount due.  The balance due on your Aspen Dental account is now zero.  The collection agency is being notified to close their file (takes about 7-10 days).  Also please note that no information concerning your Aspen Dental account has been reported to any credit bureau or credit reporting agency.

I appreciate you giving me the opportunity to respond to your inquiry.  A copy of this letter has been forwarded to the Revdex.com in response to your complaint. I am available for any further questions at the below contact information.

My initial first visit went well but after they collected my money for the teeth the staff turned awful and care nothing about you. It takes forever to get your teeth and then they have you coming back over and over again. I would never recommend this company to my family or my friends.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and I am in agreement with the statement balance due of $265.60 .  I believe that  my dental treatment plan should have been honored and  completed; but that will not be happening per Dr. [redacted]'s request.  Dr [redacted] stated by certified mail that I am to be  barred from every Aspen Dental office in the US.  My experience with the Aspen Dental office in Midland, Texas was not handled  the way it should have been?     Regards,

Canandaigua, NY Aspen Dental office. I am in receipt of your complaint filed with the Revdex.com.  I have reviewed it and your Aspen Dental account with the Canandaigua, NY Aspen Dental Office Manager Tiffany and the Regional Manager Elizabeth.  Tiffany advised me that she spoke with you briefly today, but was not able to communicate what the dental practice could do to assist you before the call was disconnected.  The dentures were purchased in December of 2012, and came with a seven year warranty which is still in effect.  However; there is no refund guarantee available for the dentures.  The offer exists for you to come in to meet with the dentist and technician to determine what can be done to resolve the problem.  If you wish to make an appointment to be seen, please contact the dental office at ###-###-#### (option 2) and speak with Tiffany.  There will be no refunds submitted for the payments made for the dentures.   I appreciate you giving me the opportunity to respond to your inquiry.  A copy of this letter has been forwarded to the Revdex.com in response to your complaint. Please see attached.

For a company that advertises low prices and quick service, Aspen does not live up to the hype. I am in the process of having my upper dentures remade for the third time. The second denture was so poorly made I could barely fit it in my mouth and when it did go in, it hurt like crazy. Time was also an issue. Usually two to three weeks between sessions with a total of 2 to 3 months to get the finished product. Definitely not in "a few day" like advertised on TV.

Consumer called and indicated that  she would like her teeth cleaned.
