Thank you for sharing your concerns about the treatment you received. I am writing to you on behalf of the Roseburg, OR Aspen Dental branded practice, owned and operated by Two Thirty Dental LLC. I certainly do apologize for your experience at the Roseburg, OR Aspen Dental office
I am in receipt of your complaint filed with the Revdex.com. I have reviewed it along with your Aspen Dental account. The “Free” New Patient Exam and X-ray promotion applies to new patients of Aspen Dental that do not have dental insurance. There is a disclaimer present on every written example stating “not to be combined with insurance”. Typically most dental insurances pay for the initial exam and x-rays at 100%. As a courtesy, I have removed the $balance showing due on your account. Your Aspen Dental account now reflects a zero balance

I would have to disagree with Mr*** ***'s claim. There was much confusion on his part regarding the invoices. At the same ***e, there was confusion on our side as well.He was not billed for the month of April. We bill in advance for the month of service so the 4/28/bill
was for the month of May, not April as claimed. He was also a prior customer that wished to reinstate - for which we did on the same plan he was on when he was a customer prior. Then he started sending us claims and questions as though he was on a different plan, causing great confusion. The old plan he was on required a day notification. The new plan he was quoting does not require a day notification.Bottom line, we refunded him for his charges and cancelled his account. He sent us a very nice apology and all is well.***

We have also received from [redacted] who the guest made the reservation through a cancellation stating that the customer is responsible for charges per the contract with [redacted], we were also contacted by [redacted] Bank and explained the...

reason for no refund, Mr. [redacted] continued to call and make statements referring to threatening action, we then received a phone call from someone claiming to be his wife, the name given was not the name on the reservation or [redacted] therefore no information could be released or taken from such person.  The Sheriff was also contacted and they were going to contact Mr. [redacted] to advise him anymore contact with us would result in possible harassment claims.  The $50 refund fee they are stating was not stated as a refund at all, it was stated that there might be a possibility of maybe a $50 refund, however after review of the events and the room being used, with no way to prove the cat or the snake had been present as well as 2 other guests use of the facilities, we could not refund any amount, the room they rented is a NO PET ROOM, and [redacted] confirmed their reservation as such, as well as Mr. [redacted]'s admittance of the policy that he did not read. My apologies for the situation, I am sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused all parties involved.

I have been working diligently on this case. Originally [redacted] had gotten an estimate from us from the insurance company and the estimate he was given was $1500. At the end of his first visit, he paid $421.05. On the second visit we had never collected. He works with a [redacted] insurance...

company and basically there was an issue with [redacted] and recently they have been denying all claims. When [redacted] reached out to them, [redacted] took the claim and paid the in network portion. He just never paid his full portion to us. This was no issue on our end, solely with the insurance. He owes a lot less than his estimate, the outstanding balance is $209.59. I spoke to [redacted] about this and he asked I reach out to [redacted]. I did and I sent all the information to them and explained everything fully and they understood what the bill was and what it was for. He still thinks he should have not to pay because of all the issues on the insurance side, but again that has nothing to do with us.
