We have reviewed all attempted calls to the consumer and all the notes associated with the account. The consumer stated that we in used inappropriate language when speaking to him including swearing at him. We record all phone calls and at no time did anyone use inappropriate language this is simply...

factually untrue. In addition we placed the account on hold when receiving the initial dispute. We then contacted our client to seek clarification on the debt. Our client has decided to close the account and resolve the issue internally. We have subsequently closed the account and requested it be removed from all Credit Reporting Agencies. The account is currently closed and has been returned to the original creditor per their request.

We have reviewed the account. Letters have been issued on this account and emails did in fact go out. We cannot guarantee delivery of mail or emails but they were sent. If the consumer would like to make monthly payments she is welcome to do so. She does not need to do them via phone. She can pay...

We would ask that she advise us of the amount and dates that the payments will be made. We do have arrangements currently in place but would like to verify these. This will allow us to re-set her arrangements and letters to be issued to her. Bear in mind if a letter isnt received that does not mean it was not mailed. We do mail arrangement letters automatically through our system so there is no space for human error. We do not accept in-person meetings so any communication can be made via email to [email protected] or thru the website. We are sorry that the consumer felt we were rude. We do strive to be as service oriented as possible despite the difficulties that we face in our industry. If the consumer has any further questions we would ask her to contact us via email or mail. We have placed a no contact status on the account so that she no longer will receive phone calls from us.

Maybe there is some confusion. The consumer can definitively mail payments to us. They do not need to be made over the phone or online. We have provided the address in our response. We simply do not take in person payments but mailed in payments are completely acceptable. In regards to the letters we did in fact mail them.  To reiterate payments can can be mailed to ATG Credit[redacted]
[redacted] we hope that clarifies any confusion that the consumer has.

Unfortunately the consumer is not communicating factual information. She has spoken to us and did so on a recorded line. During that call she confirmed her identity including her [redacted]. We have requested all the documentation as we stated in the prior response and the information is going to be sent to the consumer. However we need to reiterate the information provided by the consumer is not factual. We have communicated with her via a recorded call and via letter. We will again issue this validation information to the consumer again.

This account has already been closed and returned to our client. The account was submitted for deletion from the credit report on 10/4/15. If this is still reporting in 30 days the consumer should contact our offices and speak to a manager.

We have reviewed the account and determined that a dispute was placed on file by the representative on the date of the first issue on 7/13/17. In addition we reviewed the calls on file. At no time did the representative advise the consumer that we have no dispute process. In fact as stated the dispute was placed on file at the time of the initial call from the consumer. The documentation validating the debt was also forwarded to the consumer. The account is currently in a dispute status.

I am rejecting this response because:ATG Credit LLC - SEND ME A COPY OF THE BILL I OWE!      I owe nothing on my [redacted] Auto account [redacted] amount due $ 934.38 you list this account number as [redacted] Bank NA -- please note [redacted] bank NA was [redacted] Auto bill collector for all their customers. My account with [redacted] Auto/[redacted] Bank NA is current and paid in full.  Please. once again send me a bill listing date and amount due.

This account was already submitted for removal on 2/19/2016. We have also resubmitted for a manual removal today. This should not be appearing on the complainants credit report

As stated before, I never agreed to do business with this organization. I never signed any paperwork for this organization. I have NO contract with this business. If alleged debt does belong to me then I will handle my business with the original creditor not whatever this business is. I demand they remove themselves from ALL of my credit reports including but not limited to [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: I reject this ATG Credit Collection’s response – which is false and inaccurate.  I currently maintain an active no money balance due account with [redacted] Parts as of 2017.  I have paid bill receipts for my account – here is just a few – I have many monthly paid receipts from [redacted] Auto Parts: 10/1/2012 at $1234.31 paid in full.  11/20/12 at $ 754.24 paid in full 6/20/13 at $ 910.77 paid in full 7/23/13  at 631.67 paid in full 8 /20/13 at 1050.08 paid in full I have more paid receipts to [redacted] Auto Parts right up to present date 2017  if you need dates  – canceled check copies – to back up the truth I say I do not care is ATG Credit collections twist or spins their false inaccurate negative credit report – my bill at [redacted] Auto Parts is paid.   I have given ATG Credit collection the 2011 cancel check – this company refuses to correct their false inaccurate information.   This $ 934.00 bill Recent balance  as of 04/01/2017 – is the original bill that was paid on 9/8/11.   Again, ATG Credit Collection continues to correct their false inaccurate information – their response is interesting – I will save it for future follow though. If ATG Credit Collections has an unpaid bill from [redacted] Auto – please produce it as my [redacted] Auto Parts bill is paid!  I will continue to work with all agency’s avaiable to me so I can to dispute this scam of a collection agency. .   I am pursuing this dispute until my name is cleared from this false negative credit scamming company
