Just to reiterate there is a balance remaining of 1399.28 but we are removing her payment information so if she wants to re-establish arrangements she will need to contact us.

They always issued me monthly statements reflecting payments with balances and the same account number. The last statement was for the amount of less than $60. Now they are stating I have an outstanding balance of almost $1400.00 yet the refuse to provide me with any detail statements showing what this "new" balance and supposed "new" act. I gave authorization for withdrawals on the old acts. Never was I informed of this new one yet its coincidental it arise as I just paid of the debt. I do not authorized no withdrawal from ATG in any future accounts

We do in fact have authorization on file for the previous payments.
We are happy to provide details as well but due to the HIPAA and privacy requirements we would need a patient authorization form signed. We would suggest the consumer contact our offices directly as there seems to be some confusion as to these charges. This is the first communication we have received from the consumer. We have placed the account in a dispute status and will request the Ledger and the enrollment agreement by mailed to the consumer for their review.

It is satisfactory, even though the business claims to be doing it as a "courtesy", when it should have been done anyway because it was not my fault it was sent to collections. They can easily verify that with the company that sent me to them.

I do not owe this company a penny and will pay for a service I cancelled and will talk with a legal counselor if this is settle till I am satisfied.

We have made the same response several times. We cannot delete this account as it is valid. We can reflect as paid in full once it is paid in full. However due to the fact that this is a valid debt we cannot accept payment to simply delete.

We are required to comply with all regulations in conducting our business. The FCRA specifically prohibits the removal of valid trade information due to payment.

You posted an account on my credit profile from the year 2006, that's well over 7 years ago and you just posted it a month ago and the account that I did have with [redacted] is with another creditor for a different amount, so that's not accurate. You guys didn't send me any documentation on this and just posted it on my credit report. Your response to my complaint is you brought two CD's 8 years ago so pay me? The length of time a negative mark can stay on your credit report starts from the time you were late or the late payment went into collection, not from the last time you made a payment on the account. What you're doing is illegal and I will continue in my efforts to dispute this charge.

We should be the only agency that is reporting this debt on your credit. You are correct that this is scheduled to be out of statute in June. However since there appears to be little chance of payment we are simply going to close this account and remove from credit. We take no position on validity but due to the age and balance size we are returning this account to our client.

The complainant has spoken to us about this debt. So we assumed she was aware of the creditor. In this case the creditor is [redacted]. Due to our prior calls we have confirmed the balance with the original creditor. They have re-affirmed the debt as being valid.
