I am rejecting this response because:
This is exactly what I'm talking aboutThere is no way the company has mailed me "letters" (which was what I was told) and I not receive one when we live in the same cityI get literally everything elseHere they also state for me to make online payments which I have stated numerous times I have no interest in providing my personal accounting information onlineI'm just not comfortable with itSince there is an issue with the mail, I'm not seeing an issue with making payments inside the establishmentI have no problem taking the time out of my busy schedule and the effort to commute all the way there to make my paymentsNote: this is me trying to make a solution to the problemBut they keep saying they don't take payments that waySo if that is the case, there needs to be another solutionIt's starting to come across like a scam because of the fact that I'm not receiving any mailed letters, they are refusing payments other than online or over the phoneAnd yes, I've made two payments so far (by check in the mail), that doesn't mean I'm not getting scammedI don't even mind if they email me a statement, but they claim they are emailing as well, but again I'm not receiving emails from them either except the one where I was literally on the phone with them as the email came throughSo I know they have my correct emailIf someone calls and tells me that they are emailing the statement right then and I can physically verify that it came through, I'm game for that as wellI owe over $and I've never had to fight so hard to give that awayThere has to be a solutionI'm willing to work with the company, but I only ask they respect my wishes to protect my accounting informationI will not, will not put it online or hand it over the phone.

It is a violation to offer a pay for deletionIn other words to knowingly accept payment in order to remove a valid tradeline would violate the FCRAIn addition it would violate the contracts we have with all the credit reporting agencies wherein we guarantee to report accurate informationAs
this is an accurate tradeline we cannot simply delete

The address is *** *** *** *** Chicago, IL The letters were mailed om 7/13/and were not returned to usWe can only mail the letters as did the healthcare providersWe cannot ensure delivery that would be an unreasonable burden and is simply not feasibleWe are sorry the complainant is upset however please bear in mind that our letters were sent after numerous notices were issued by the providerAn EOB was also issued by the insurance provider which also stated the amount due.

Typically we do not send out recorded calls to protect the privacy rights of our employeesIn this case we were able to secure permission from the representative to send this recordingAs you will hear in the recording the representative made it clear that we update the credit report with the new status of paid in fullShe specifically stated that the account will not be removed as we cannot do thisIf there is a valid dispute that is handled by the credit reporting agenciesWe will reiterate that we cannot simply delete due to payment on a valid account. Hopefully this recording will resolve any question about what the representative said

I am rejecting this response because: I had already contacted the CRA (Experian) prior to registering the Revdex.com complaint. The CRA reported back that they contacted your company on this matter and your company refused to remove the derogatory reportingI have since contacted the hospital with hopes that they are willing to help straighten this out

We have reviewed the complaint and the account in questionUnfortunately the consumer is referring to payments made in 2011, but the current amount due is for purchases made subsequent to that dateThe last purchase on this account was made on 9/28/and the account was placed with us in
6/23/Therefore payments made in would not have resolved this debtIt is still outstandingIf the consumer has information concerning payments made after the purchases we are happy to review those, but at this point the debt is still outstanding.

We have reviewed the account and the recorded conversations that took placeThe representative that spoke to the consumer was not rude and did advise of the bill on 4/6/This conversation took place prior to the account being reported to the credit reporting agenciesHad the consumer resolved
the debt at that time this account would not have been reportedSince the account was not resolved in a timely manner it was reported to credit after days from the initial conversationThe debt is still outstanding and includes two accounts both for the same providerThe account is also still outstanding the balance remaining is We cannot simply remove from creditThe FCRA does not allow us to do this when the consumer was properly notified and didnt resolve the debt. We are sorry the consumer is not happy with the results however after an exhaustive review we have determined that our representative acted professionally and appropriately.

Since this account is in someone else's name according to the complaint there is no way for us to locate the account in question and respondWe would recommend the consumer either contact our offices and ask to speak to a compliance manager or she can dispute these charges through the credit
reporting agenciesWe simply cant adequately respond without knowing the account in question.

place the account on hold and contact our client to determine how else they would like to validate the debtWe have not reported this to the credit reporting agencies however that is not the indicator to determine if an account is in collectionsThis account is in fact in collections and we have been tasked to collect the debtWe will forward any documentation to the borrower once it is recvd by the clientIn the meantime theaccount will be placed on hold

It is a violation of the laws and regulations that govern our business to have a debtor "Pay to delete" an item from their credit reportSince this is a valid debt and unpaid we must report that information accurately to the reporting agenciesIf the account is paid we will reflect the account as
paid but under the Fair Credit Reporting Act we are prohibited from removing a valid tradeline due to payment of the debt

I HAVE asked for documentation several timesI know of one exact date that I did ask for it, but the lady I spoke with said no that they had nothing they could send me nor email meI asked for any kind of documentation...how much I owed, a statement, and something showing atg policy of interest they have added on thereThis specific date was on april 19th at 5:pm, according to my phone log we were on this call for min and secFrom here on out, I want to receive a monthly statement showing my debt and the payments that are paid, for I now have a biweekly plan set up.
