I am rejecting this response because: I appreciate you responseIts unacceptable to methere should be more considered than just a simple late or not lateevery single payment was made properly on that account! I understand that you deal with tens of thousands of people and I am sure you have heard every lie or story in the bookThis is not a lie! I am a small business owner that rely on my personal credit to operate my businessWhat you are saying is, because of mistake on a car lease in which every single other payment was made properly on time, my business and livelihood should be in jeopardy?? That doesn't seem right!? I have a near perfect credit score other than thisThis negative by BMW has cost me business loans which I needed to expand my businessI am being damaged hereThere must be a way to fix thisits simply unjust! I will not stop here, I will take it as far as I need to in order to resolve thisI have no choiceMy family is relying on me! I understand I am just another number here and I appreciate your protocolI am pleading with you to make an exception for a situation that is truly wrong and has consequences far greater than just a lease payment that was made once we realized the issueConsider the severity of what my situation isis it right that so much should be at risk just because of a honest mistake? Call me directly anytime to discuss ###-###-####

I am rejecting this response because: The reason both cars were picked up or repossessed as BMW said was because of where they were being garagedSomewhere hidden in the BMW retail installment contract it statesI promise to garage the vehicle at address on contract, etcThis was never disclosed to me at the dealership, and the contract was never shown to me for reviewYou have to sign an electronic keypad that transfers your signatures to the documentsI never received or was shown an original contract by the finance manager. I was shown interest rate, length of payments and when they were dueThe only document that I had to actually give a wet signature on and read was the document that state I cannot sell or ship my car outside of the US for up to one year after purchaseThese cars were not taken because of non paymentBMW financial is fabricating a storyBMW is also assuming they were being used for an exotic rental car company in LAIf they would have called me first to find out why both brand new cars were in LA they would have understood and not assumed I was breaking my promise in the contract . In the same sentence that says you must garage the car at the address on the contract it also states...you cannot track the car, use it off road, use for hireSo I assume anybody that buys an M car that is advertised as a track car and anybody using their car for Uber , and if you have a vacation home somewhere other than where you live and keep your BMW there....they can come repo your carThe dealership knew I was sending both of my cars to LA because I was going to be working a lot between LA and AtlantaThey were trying to help me with a shipping company to ship the cars outOne of my good friends owns one of the largest exotic car rental companies in the USOne of his stores is at LAX with hour security and the cars where shipped theirMy home in LA had only garage space at the time for only car and the other car would have had to be on the streetI was making arrangements to secure both cars so they were safe when I was in AtlantaMy goal was to keep one car at LAX and the other at home so when I flew into LAX I would always have a car ready for me to go straight to work.I was one of United BMW's best clients for buying many carsI was never aware of these promises I signed on for when I financed a car with BMW. The general manager from United BMW called me yesterday and said that he spoke with BMW financial and yes they were picked up for suspect of being used as rental carsThey can look at all the cars I financed with BMW over the past years never missed or was late on a payment. In fact my credit report has a perfect history with never missing any paymentsThe only late payment on my report was both times from United BMW paying off my trades when I traded in cars to buy new onesThey took over days to payoff my Porsche GTand my Mercedes CLA It shows the last payment for each account was never late until the very last paymentI was suppose to get a letter from United BMW to send to the Alphera and Mercedes Benz creditAlso the Senior Account Specialist for BMW Paul I*** who is handling the credit reporting on this file has refused to call me back or email me. I have reached out several times directly to him and he will not respondI have also seen him stalking my LinkedIn account and Facebook accountRight now I am waiting for a Holly to call me back about this account but again they never call back.

I would like to see a record of all lease payments made to BMW FS over the course of my entire lease and the dates they were reviewed by BMW FS sonthat I can compare with my recordsMy records show all payments, including extension period were madePlease provide. Also I was told disposition was waved by BMW Rockville because you made a killing profit on my vehicle when I turned it in ( miles) and because it was prestine condition

I received no intent to repossess and sell my vehicle.Accepting payments gives the indication that you have accepted the terms of my offer My offerr was to make partial payments until I could bring my account current You accepted that offer and gave me no indication that by July 22, you would repossess my vehicle If I did not pay the amount that was late on my account. Will BMW consider the following offer? BMW Financial Servicess extend time for sale of my vehicle until Augut 31, to allow me time to either pay the amounts due on my car loan to date, minus the towing, repossession/recovery fees; or obtain an auto refinance loan from another lender to pay off the loan with BMW Financial, whichever occurrs first. My credit and fulfilling my financial obligations are important to me, and I cannot fullfill that obligation to you if I have no vehicle for transportation to work. This offer will benefit BMW Financial Services by receiving the payments owed to them by me, and I would benefit by haviing my vehicle returned to me and reinstating my ability to fulfill my financial obligations to everyone
