Dear Ms***: Thank you for giving us the opportunity to address your most recent concerns regarding your title through the Revdex.com complaint processWe hope the following information and explanation will answer the issues raised in your rejection of our previous response Ms***, we understand your stance that there is a cost with correcting the name on a title in CaliforniaHowever, as referenced in our previous response, the California Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) in California specifically states there is no charge for the process of correcting the name on a titleFrom our understanding, this is a different process than transferring the name on the title to another party, or removing a lien holder on a titleIt is possible there may be a charge for either of these processesThese are separate processes from correcting the name on a titleWe recommend confirming the specific costs associated with the processes of transferring the title to another party or removing a lien holder removed with the California DMV directly While we can appreciate your stance and rejection of our previous response, ultimately there is no charge with the California DMV for the process you are requesting of correcting your name on the titleShould your local DMV provide you alternate information regarding a charge for correcting the name on a title, please forward any state documentation, and we would be happy to review your concerns furtherAt this time, our decision remains unchanged We are committed to providing you with the highest level of serviceIf you have any questions, please contact me, Kyle C*** at ###-###-####, Monday through Friday, from 9:a.mto 6:p.mET, or by mail at either address listed on this letterYours sincerely, Kyle C*** Senior Account Specialist BMW Financial Services NA, LLC Tell us why here

BMW continues to respond with information that supports my complaint but does not realize it because persons responding are unfamiliar with the underlying regulatory requirement that governs it- the same requirement that prompted the CFPB to escalate it to the FTC Long explanations about how BMW handles finance charges on late payments have absolutely nothing to do with my concern Again, at no time did BMW disclose to me the terms and conditions associated with the "deferment option" offered At no place in my contract is there language that says if I elect to use a deferment option, I would be agreeing to make a huge balloon payment at the end of the loan equivalent to nearly five car paymentsThe fact that BMW doesn't define this as a balloon payment is not important because the regulations are clear that it is BMW intentionally engaged in intentionally deceptive practices against me and likely many other customers to increase profits Had the terms and conditions associated with electing to use a deferment option been disclosed, there is NO WAY that I or any person in their right mind would have accepted themBMW needs to be held accountable for this grossly unethical practice

The address shown on the paperwork is not my *** *** address Next, I don't sign my documents that way Next, I don't recognize the account number associated with this matter Next, I don't owe BMW anything Kindly remove this BMW account from my credit report Thank you

I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find the resolution is satisfactory to me

I am still working on this complaint (#***) and do not want it closedPlease reopen and submit the response below to rebut the response received from BMW Financial. My response to BMW letter Dated October 18, 2016.Just before I turned my lease car in to BMW in *** ***, a woman came to my home from a pre-lease turn in inspection company hired by BMWThe purpose of the inspection was to see what my specifically needed prior to returning it to BMWAfter her thorough inspection, she stated I needed to replace TWO not FOUR tires prior to returning my car to BMWPlease request a copy of this report from BMW if needed as this was an important part of my complaint which BMW never acknowledgedAgain, two tires were good and two tires needed replacement per BMW's pre-turn in lease inspection companyAgain, as instructed by BMW's agent, I replaced the two tires that had unacceptable tread per the inspectorBMW should have a copy of her report and should read itThis inspection took place a very short time before I turned the vehicle in so the tires she said were acceptable did not magically turn bad the short time and short miles before turn in.Again, I then turn the vehicle with the two tires replaced as directed waited hour for their inspection at the BMW dealer in *** *** and at that point the vehicle was turned in to them and inspectedAre they seriously telling me that AFTER I turned the vehicle into their possession left the premises and some point in time later the vehicle was inspected and magically needed two more tires replaced? Why wasn't I told this at the pre-lease inspection at my home or at the dealer when I dropped the car off? I would have been afforded the opportunity to purchase two more tires at approximately $instead of them charging me $for new tires which I WAS NOT REQUIRED TO PURCHASE, I was required only to install acceptable tires which I can get from *** again for $or so for twoThis is a sham and an intolerable way to do businessAnd to receive a response from BMW stating "Section of your Lease lists examples of what is considered excessive wear and use, including tires with tread depth of less than 4/32" remaining at the shallowest point." is condescending at least as I spoke with the woman they sent to my house, she told me TWO tires not FOUR tires were below the 4/32" minimum depth. Please respond to this complaint follow-up.Thank you,*** ***

complaint Our records show we previously responded to two complaints through the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) on July 21, and August 23, 2017, respectivelyWe have enclosed copies of each response for your review Our records indicate a pre-inspection was completed by AutoVIN of April 18, The reason BMW Financial Services encourages customers to obtain a pre-inspection is to make them aware of potential excess wear and tear charges that might be billed upon lease turn-in; however, as the pre-inspection discloses, “[t]his is not a billYour final excess wear-and-use charges will be determined based on the condition of your vehicle at the time it is turned in to a BMW center.” The pre-inspection is intended only to document observable wear and use issues such as dents, scratches and tire tread depthAs such, we reserve the right to order a new inspection if chargeable excess wear and tear items are not documented on the original reportThe final inspection completed by AutoVIN on June 13, 2017, after the return of the vehicle, indicated the modified suspension and provided photographic evidence of the non-manufacturer replacement partsThe replacement of the aftermarket suspension was billed at $1, While we understand you claim to have been unaware of the aftermarket parts placed on the vehicle prior to the completion of the assumption, we are unable to remove valid charges because this information was not disclosed by the original lessee Since our July 21, CFPB response, we have agreed to remove $from the charge for the modified suspension as a courtesy leaving a current balance of $1,We have enclosed a current Account Statement for your recordsWe are unable to make any further adjustments as we feel the charges are assessed in accordance to the terms of your Lease Agreement To close your account, please remit payment to BMW Financial Services in the amount of $1,You can process your payment by credit card or UltimatePay (automatic debit from your checking or savings account) through your My BMW online account at bmwusa.com or through our automated telephone service, hours a day, by calling ###-###-####Please note, your card issuer may impose a cash advance fee or other charges for paying BMW Financial Services by credit cardFees and other charges are imposed by your card issuer and not BMW Financial ServicesAlternatively, you may direct your check (with the account number in the memo line) to the payment address listed below BMW Financial Services PO Box *** Phoenix AZ *** We are committed to providing you with the highest level of serviceIf you have any questions, please contact and End of Term Specialist at ###-###-####, Monday through Thursday, from 9:a.mto 9:p.mand Friday 9:00a.mto 6:00p.mET, or by mail at either address listed on this letterYours sincerely, Carson F* End of Term Specialist BMW Financial Services NA, LLC enclosures: CFPB responses Account Statement c: Central Ohio Revdex.com

Dear Mr***
Thank you for giving us the opportunity to address your issue regarding the credit reporting for your above referenced account through the Revdex.com complaint processWe hope the following information and explanation will answer the issues addressed in your
complaint
As we indicated in a previous written response dated June 1, 2015, we reported to the credit reporting agencies two payments were received in excess of days past due:
- The payment due on November 17, was received days past due on December 29,
- The payment due on January 17, was received days past due on February 19,
We investigated these payments with our accounting department to determine whether BMW Financial Services caused the reversal of your paymentsWe can confirm we did not reject the payments that were initially submitted through your bill pay providerWe recommend contacting Chase to verify whether a transmission error caused them to be rejected by Chase and not transmitted to us directlyBased upon our investigation, it appears the error is with your bill pay serviceIf you bank is able to provide details on how the transactions as submitted to us, or a screen shot of the electronic transaction, we might be able to validate a freeze on the transactions
MrGray, as you know, we furnish account data to the credit bureaus in compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA)The FCRA sets forth specific guidelines we are required to follow; and as a result we must comply with these requirementsAdditionally, since we have made the decision to report to the credit bureaus, we must report all of our customers based upon the same criteriaBecause we have no evidence indicating that our reporting is not accurate, we are unable to accommodate your request to remove the delinquencies from your credit report at this time.
If you have any questions, please contact me, *** *** at *** ***, Monday through Friday, from 9:a.mto 6:p.mET, or by mail at either address listed on this letter
