I am rejecting this response because: As the attached document shows, the car was returned in "very good" condition, with the possible exception of the two back tires that according to the report "may need future attention" This vehicle condition report was performed at a BMW dealership a few days before the car was returnedI fully understand my obligation to pay the disposition fee of $395.00, which I have However, THERE IS NO EVIDENCE OF EXCESSIVE WEAR AND TEAR and this further illustrates BMW's commitment to cheat it's customers.

Dear
Mr***:
Thank you for allowing BMW Financial
Services the opportunity to respond to your recent complaint submitted to the RevDex.com (Revdex.com) regarding how we have reported your payment history to
the credit reporting agencies
Mr***, our
records
indicate you cancelled EasyPay using your My BMW online account on September 3,
We have no record of your My BMW online account being accessed again
until October 16, when you scheduled a one-time payment to post to your
account on October 19, The EasyPay enrollment page was not accessed
during this My BMW sessionYour next login was December 19, when you
re-enrolled in EasyPay and posted your past due November payment
As part of an investigation we
conducted while responding to a previous written complaint from you, we
contacted GC Services, a third party collections vendor engaged by BMW FS, and
confirmed they placed telephone calls to (310) 234-and (818) 461-8412, numbers that were provided on your signed credit
application. Calls to these numbers were
returned with a status of “Network Announcement” or “Vacant Circuit”This
means that the telephone calls never reached your telephone and would not
appear on your telephone billA status of “Network Announcement” could be
returned for a number of reasons, such as if the number was no longer in
service or had been disconnectedFurthermore, the telephone number you
provided with your telephone bill is (310) 234-2547; however, the telephone
number provided on your signed credit application was (310) 234-2574.
We apologize for the clerical
error resulting in past due notifications being sent to the incorrect email
addressHowever, our records indicate your email address was updated to ***@yahoo.com

all authorized self-inspection dealerships to perform their own inspections and have our customer sign an odometer statement upon returning their vehicle; however, *** *** is the independently owned and operated BMW center and therefore, we are unable to confirm why they did not perform an inspection and have you sign an odometer statementTherefore, we removed your excess mileage charge $due to not having a signed odometer statement on file Since an inspection was not completed prior to the return of your vehicle, the vehicle was inspected at auctionThe inspection revealed damage to the rear bumper, right front tire and the mechanical charge was assessed because the check engine light was illuminated when your vehicle was returnedThe check engine light indicates the scheduled maintenance on the vehicle had not been completed; in accordance with the terms of your Motor Vehicle Lease Agreement, it is the customer’s responsibility to have the maintenance completed on the vehicle before the turn in dateWe have enclosed a copy of the inspection report, illustrating the damage to the rear bumper, right front tire and check engine light We have determined the outstanding balance of $1,is till due for tire charge, exterior charge, mechanical charge and disposition feeTo close your account, please direct your check for $1,to (please include your account number in the memo section of your check) BMW Financial Services PO Box Phoenix AZ If you have any questions, please contact us at ###-###-####, Monday through Friday, from 9:a.mto 9:p.mET, or by mail at either address listed on this letter

I am rejecting this response because I do not accept the fact that providing my full social security number to the person who calls me is a proper practiceIt is unsafe and BMW financial should change their practices to allow verifying identity with something else (last digits of ssn for example).Since BWM financial is refusing to recognize that this practice should be changed, I think public should know that this issue is unresolved and accepting response will close the complaint and create the illusion that it is resolved
