FW: ID *** Mon, 03/14/12:pm Good Afternoon, I received documentation regarding my complaint and although I still do not agree with BMW and their practices regarding the tires, they have agreed to waive $from our statementI am well aware of the Section “35” that states the wear and tear of the (3) tires but that STILL DOES NOT explain WHY tires with under 24,miles tire would have excessive wear and tearI still go back to my current statement that BMW puts cheap tires on their cars to get compensation! By the way, the inspection was signed by my husband and it was inspected and brought to our attention while we were signing papers for our current leaseIs that really fair? What were we supposed to do then? I am still not pleased by this situation and still will again think twice about leasing with BMW after our new lease is upStill VERY disappointed at the way the WHOLE situation was handled!

Dear Ms***: Thank you for giving us the opportunity to address your issue regarding how we have reported your payment history to the credit reporting agencies through the Revdex.com complaint processWe hope the following information and explanation will answer the issues
addressed in your complaint In an effort to resolve your request, we researched your account again and verified one payment was received 30-days past dueThe payment due August 11, was satisfied days past due on October 6, Our records indicate the ACH payment posted September 10, was returned with a bank reason of “No Account / Unable to Locate Account” on September 15, We agree this payment was not returned due to insufficient fundsIt was returned because you entered an incorrect account numberThe payment confirmation for the previously mentioned payment, which did not clear, showed a date of September 9, However, the verbiage above the payment information states “payments submitted through 11:p.mET will be credited to your account the same day.” Your attempted payment was made at 12:a.mET on September 10, The payment confirmation also shows the bank account information entered online for the payment was incorrect Please also be advised, your September 10, payment attempt was submitted via ACH and was not pre-authorized like a debit card transactionBMW Financial Services had no way of knowing your ACH payment would be returned prior to receiving notification from your bankAccount alerts were subsequently sent to ***, which is the email address associated with your My BMW online accountAdditionally, the monthly Account Statement sent to you on September 22, reflects the payment as having been returnedLastly, our records show you logged into your My BMW online account ten times between September 18, and October 5, During that time, your My BMW online account would have reflected the past due status of your accountWhile we regret that despite the aforementioned, you still were unaware of your returned payment and past due account status, your account was days past due on September 10, and would still have been reported as delinquent even if your payment had successfully posted to your account Unfortunately, your correspondence does not provide sufficient justification to change the way we are reporting your payment history to the credit reporting agencies under the guidelines and regulations we are required to follow as a Data Furnisher We are committed to providing you with the highest level of servicePursuant to the request made in your voicemail, I called you back at ###-###-#### and left a voicemail with my direct phone numberIf you chose not to call me back that is your decisionI did not forward your information to my manager and I did not indicate I wouldI can be contacted at ###-###-####, Monday through Friday, from 8:a.mto 5:p.mET, or by mail at either address listed on this letter Yours sincerely, Ryan C*** Special Accounts Team Leader BMW Financial Services NA, LLC

Dear Mr***: Thank you for giving us the opportunity to address your issue regarding a mileage refund through the Revdex.com complaint processWe hope the following information and explanation will answer the issues addressed in your complaint While we do offer
refunds for high mileage contracts, you terminated your lease more than days before the maturity date which voids any high mileage allowance refund as described in Section of your Motor Vehicle Lease AgreementFor this reason we are unable to accommodate your request to refund the unused mileage However, we appreciate that you have financed another vehicle with our brandThe disposition fee of $has been waived from your maturity statement and a $Unused Mileage Loyalty Credit will be applied to you BMW XxDrive40e account We are committed to providing you with the highest level of serviceIf you have any questions, please contact us at ###-###-####, Monday through Thursday, from 9:a.mto 9:p.mET, and Friday, from 9:a.mto 6:p.mETYours sincerely, Brice S*** Early End of Term Specialist BMW Financial Services NA, LLC
