Please do not believe what Monica replied to any of my reviews! She stated I received more than my offer YES because the repairs increased not because anything auto loss did and they still wouldn't give a refund! She said they never heard from me that's a flat lie! She said she advised her lawyer would address slander AGAIN another lie she threatened me with her lawyer if I posted anything negative!! Read the reviews and watch out who you do business with!
