I paid auto loss $to prepare an appraisal for diminished value on a car accidentThey have a 100% money back guarantee and claim if you don’t get the diminished value of at least $they will refund the moneyThey were super quick to get my credit card info then prepare a generic report that my adjuster isn’t even accepting based on the generic report without support or documentationAfter complaining and asking and being promised a refund they first wouldn’t answer then keep giving me a return policy form that was completely different that the promised refund based on email and phone conversationsWhen I said I would report to my credit card they say they will turn me into collections for something that has been paid forThis company is a scam artist and not legitI want my money refunded
Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: The policy states that a refund in 30-days if they cant get a settlementThis is not about a settlement this is about lack of communication and professionalism of autoloss.comThey had no problem getting my money immediately but have a problem getting it backIt takes me seconds to cut a check not 30-daysThis is bad business practiceSincerely,*** ***
I took their service and they sent me a good appraisal report, which insurance company did not honormultiple demand letter were sent but insurance company does not care what autoloss.com is saying about my car's diminished value
I requested them to at-least give me a partial refund, since then follow up email sentbut they do not respondtheir claim of Money Back guarantee is not correct, the policy were disclosed to me and I am 100% sure if I had seen that policy before I would have never took AutoLoss.com service
I was distinctly under the impression that when I submitted my complaint and resolution that the Diminished Value assessment by Auto Loss was for either a purchased or leased vehicle
After three (MONTHS) August - October 2016) I was lastly informed by Auto Loss that insurance companies do not settled for DV assessments for LEASED vehicles - if that would have been clearly explained to me up front I would not have wasted my valuable time back and forth with Liberty Mutual Insurance company or the California Insurance Commission..Beware of this time wasting pitfall!!!!
We were hit while parked in a parking lot by an unlicensed driver in a pickup truck The owner of the truck had insurance This happened in July of
Our car is a Hyundai Sport 2T Limited which is a rare combination You can buy a Sport 2T or a Limited but to get the combination is rare
I found AutoLoss by doing a search on line I was hesitant at first due to them wanting to be paid up front but pleasantly surprised at the work they did
Our first attempt was to go after the diminished value in the court proceedings for the unlicensed driver but we were turned down be the judge in September of AutoLoss prepared an excellent report directed to the court but to no availI then went back to AutoLoss and asked what next They redid the report with the attention to the insurance company and sent it to them, with a copy to me, in November,
The insurance company refused to acknowledge the report due to the fact that one of the three cars used in the comparison report had a previous insurance claim and they denied all findings
I went back to AutoLoss and again asked what nextIt was now January, They said the claim may have been as minor as a cracked windshield and as me to ask the insurance company for the information on the single vehicle The insurance company refused and said they cannot release such information
I went back to Autoloss again and asked for help Autoloss did a complete reevaluation of vehicles at no additional cost to me and resubmitted to the insurance companyThis was in March The insured motorists insurance company finally came back with an offer which was 50% of what AutoLoss' report stated but right around what I expected
AutoLoss stayed with me through the whole process and went the extra mile to see I got a result I would and have recommended them to anyone looking to settle a Diminished value claim Top notch work and customer service
I contacted Monica F

I contracted with AutoLoss in late September of to help with a diminished value claimThey provided a report and assistance as promisedHowever, despite following all of their steps and instructions my claim has been deniedIn accordance with the AutoLoss refund policy I requested a refund in December of by emailIt took a couple of followup emails and finally on Feb 8, Monica F
* replied by email with a request for my address and confirmed a refund would be issuedI replied that day with my addressAs of April 29th I had not received a refund check so I emailed a query regarding the status and requested prompt payment as promisedI included a read receipt request and the email was read on April 30thTo date (June) I have received neither a reply nor the refund
First off I will start with the reviews that I read before choosing this companySeveral of them talked about the slow response from themI feel this was a unjust remark as they are in Portland OR and are hrs behind the east coastYes I understand that you want to hurry your claim but these things take timeFrom start to check in hand I have months in this processI feel if I worked a little harder and sent it to a 3rd party I may have gotten a little more but I'm happy with what they got meI called several times and they always answered or called back shortlyAnother thing I know they have a bunch of cases, it is no inconvenience to me to give them my name and info to make sure they have the right fileThe info they sent over was very informative and helpful in the processThe overall claim report did look a bit cookie cutter but I suspect any company doing this type of work will have similar results Over all I'm happy with the out come but hope I never need to use them again, but If I need to I will call on there services againI hope this helps anyone looking for help with their diminished value claim
Fantastic service....Do not tackle your insurance total loss claim alone...Autoloss and Monica negotiated with Geico to get me $more on my total loss claim thsn Geico offered me Service was efficient and very competent I highly recommend
they were amazing handled everything for me got me twice as much as butt I was supposed to get I will use them over and over if needed
Autoloss.com has not done what they have promised for the money paidThey do not deliver in a timely manor the reports are faulty when you finally do get oneUsually takes a month to receive one when they promise them in to hrsbut took email reminders between Augand Sept20th to receiveThey guarantee a diminished value or your money back and they are not delivering in a timely manor their unprofessional and untimely manor leaves me more frustrated from the wreck than any other aspect of itthe person that hit me was honest and owned up to ithis insurance company has repaired my truck, and danced around Autoloss.com for the last months which isn't hard as it only takes the insurance company to 48hrs to deny the diminished value claim and it takes Autoloss.com about month to answer(It's been months this last time)Their has not been a diminished value claim received and it now appears to me that Autoloss.com business plan it to promise responses until you
Autoloss promises that if their services don't help you recoup the loss you endured to your car's post-crash value, they'll refund the $they chargedI wasn't able to recoup my lossI e-mailed and called them frequently and followed every step they gave meFinally, their representative said they'd submit my case for a refundI didn't hear back from the company after a few weeks so I e-mailed themThe owner said I didn't follow the correct procedures listed on their web siteSo, I followed all of their steps online and got back with the ownerThe owner promised I would have a refund check within to daysIt's been days and no checkI e-mailed her last week and she said the check was in the mailI still haven't gotten itI've followed all of their steps and have been promised a refund multiple times but still have not received itI have e-mail chains and documentation proving I've done what's required but the company is not doing what they promised
I understand that filing for a diminished value on a wrecked vehicle can take a while, but I also understand that if Auto Loss is unsuccessful that I would get my $back I have been corresponding with the customer service at Auto Loss with the emails between myself and the insurance and they have not only stopped responding to me, but they don't return my calls, namely Monica F
* who is supposed to be taking care of my diminished value service Not only were they unable to get the money that I was supposed to get from the auto insurance company, but they have ignored me so long that Texas Farm Review closed my complaint Nothing is worse than for a big company like Auto Loss to take advantage of an African American who is currently serving this country
My experience with Autoloss has been a positive one - even when I called from FL at 9am which was 6am in OR and Monica actually answered the phone! Once the initial contact was made and I received an extremely comprehensive appraisal, further communications were with Amanda at their Help Desk Yes, there were times were it took a day or two for an email reply, but always a professional and helpful one I truly did not know where to start - the insurance company stated that for a diminished value claim I needed to find 3-vehicles that were the same make & model as mine, with the same approximate mileage and same amount of damage Andhad been sold or tradand received a lesser value because of the damage, although repairedResearching that scenario seemed dauntless but they did not give me any other options Taking a chance on spending $verses just walking away seemed worth trying After two of their suggested letters, which I sent on to the insurance company, I was offered under $yet the repairs exceeded $7,- disappointing at best Amanda encouraged me not to give up In the end, I did contact the insurance commission's office (at Autoloss suggestion) and was then offered times the $fee The process took almost months until I received a check A good investment with a great return - well worth the money
Reliable company, delivered what was promised
On June 27, I paid Autoloss $to help us with an auto insurance vehicle diminution of value report I did all the steps required by Autoloss to get the value raised and it was denied by USAA insurance and the insurance board According to my agreement with Autoloss -- if they were unable to get me any additional money I would get my $refunded to me This was their guarantee upon signing with them They told me the refund could take up to days to be mailed The day period expired on May 9, I have contacted Autoloss several times and I get the run around about where my check is They said they mailed it May 8, but they refuse to give me a check number to prove it was mailed The money was to be refunded after February 9, when I proved to them I was not getting any additional funds from the insurance company I did that via email February 6, and they said all was good and check would be mailed As of today, May 21, we still hav
First of all Monica overcharged me compared to othersSecond of all, she over promised and right after she took the payment, she under deliveredAfter many emails and calls, after many promises I would get my reports, I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company and worse, my insurance adjuster is still waiting for me to provide the necessary docs to support my claimI wasted too much time with no resultsI forgot to mention, Monica literally disconnected on me TWICE
Dealt with Monica, President and CEO of the company on an undervalued auto hail claim with Allstate that I had been fighting myself for almost a year by muselfShe resolved it in less than a month, for more then 30% more than I had achieved, and only charged me $bucks! Thank God there is a company out there to help individuals with this process or insurance companies would get away with gouging us! Next time I will contact AutoLoss immediately
Thank you Monica and your staff, you guys are great, I know I drove you crazy but you all were patience with methanks and I would recommend you guys and deftly I would use your service again thank you so much
Autoloss exceeded my expectationsI was worried the claim was too high and would get turned down I was wrong You have to try Autoloss you can't miss because you can always get your money back *** ***
