Autoloss.com charged me $for an appraisal and I have a signed contract stating that if the insurance companies refuse to pay out then I will get my $back I have requested a refund several times, but I have been stonewalledIt's been a month long process and I have taken my car to two separate dealerships to get sales quotesI have followed their manual to a T, but after months I am doneI do not think that months is a reasonable amount of time to get something like this accomplishedPart due to the fact that support does not meet it's hours response time promise

No real value added, to be honestNot saying they didn't do it what they "promised" they would do it, but the cost / benefit wasn't really thereThe report they provided for the diminished value lacked on substance and arguments, it's my believing now that they saved that for future up selling opportunities, when they would switch their charges from a lump sum for the report to a hourly charges to support arguments from the insurance companyNothing illegal, but not worth it
As a matter of fact, I was better of negotiating directly with insurance company using tools I had available to my self over the internet, such *** reports, etc and made a more compelling arguments than comparable car sales used on the report, using car sales from Florida to compare with car prices in Texas!!!

Be prepared, you will want to read the fine print of their money back guarantee claimThey might write up a report for you, and that is about the extent of their helpI still had to do all the work with reaching out to this insurance company and reaching out to Autoloss multiple times, up to a week to hear back from them at timesIf anything, they just added more to my to do list which was not what I wanted since I am already fighting this insurance company If you want to pay a company so that they can tell you what work to do then this is your companyComplete waste of my time, I am so sad that they didn’t even want to help us understand where they were coming fromBut they absolutely did not help us get any diminished value, and still kept our moneyShame on them

After my Nissan Altima was hit by a car I needed to find a company that handled diminished value I went to the Internet and foud Auto LossI spoke with Monica the first day and in a couple of days she was sending me emails We negotiated a settlement with a small insurance company who only wanted to give me $ Even though she had to send them a demand letter and a final demand letter I was able to get $of the $that we were seeking The insurance company did not want to give me more that $and they kept telling me they would not go any higher Thanks to Monica and her team they were able to quote the Tort Law and give them comparisons and the insurance company relented

I hired Autoloss to provide data, documentation and services to support and quickly settle my diminished value claim after being rear ended in my vehicle on July 29th I needed a quick resolution as I was trying to purchase a new vehicle and was also dealing with accident related injuries I found their website and obtained a free quote, which was extremely high and favorable for me I knew I needed hard local data in order to support any claim I had against *** I followed through with each of their steps *** reps laughed at me when I submitted Autoloss documents They did not provide an local data, and it was all fluff Then I was instructed to go have my car appraised at local dealerships, such as "Carmax" in order to provide *** with the evidence I really needed This company simply wasted my time, advised me to settle for far less than my dmv claim was actually worth I went on to visit dealerships, write my own letters and provide additional evidence and settled

Auto Loss did not ask me if my vehicle had been in a prior accidentThey told me I had a great claim and requested for a claim appraisalI then paid them and they submitted the appraisal to the insurance companyThe insurance contractor laughed at the report, indicating that the report contains nothing more than comparisons of other similar vehiclesThe insurance company states that I need to obtain a “legitimate “ appraisal report Further, they are deceptive in thier approach and lead you to believe they will help you collect a settlementThey are a scam organization and have multiple complaintsShame on the Revdex.com for not taking action against this fraudulent companyAn attorney is needed to settle diminished value claimsI plan to contact the state insurance commissionerI am sure this complaint will get filed away and matked resolved, like the others
