Don't waste your time with Autoloss
Don't waste your time with Autoloss. They give the impression that you will get a huge settlement and a lot out of them-until you pay them. After that, I'm pretty sure their policy is to give you the absolute minimum amount of their time as possible-if you get a full 20 minutes out of them, you're probably way above average. Claimed my DV was $7000 and I should get 80-90% of that. But using Autoloss DV manual and correspondence they provide, resulted in an offer no better than $750. And this was over the course of at least 3 months. Of course, Autoloss heavily implies that I'm doing something wrong with Their process - it absolutely isn't anything wrong with their method. Yeah, right! It isn't like they take the time to even remember who you are when you talk to or email them. All you get it very generic responses that really just prolong the frustrating process to get you a tiny offer, that the insurance company hopes will be enough to make you go away. The letters they give you to send to the insurance company are full of errors and contain the details from the last customer - it is absolutely on you to edit & fix these things. Autoloss provides zero communication with the Insurance company. That is all on you and you will absolutely work harder on it than Autoloss will. I have no idea how they have even a single positive review and I wish I would have paid more attention to the the negative reviews before I decided to use their services. Absolutely pursue a DV claim on your car. Just use a company that has Zero negative reviews. They are out there.

THEY WOULD PROMISE YOU A FULL REFUND OF YOUR MONEY IF YOUR CLAIM GETS DENIED WITH THE INSURANCE AND EVEN THOUGH IT GETS DENIED AND YOU APPEAL AND STILL GETS DENIED AND FOLLOW EVERY SINGLE STEP OF THE PROCESS THEY STILL WOULD NOT REFUND YOU YOUR MONEY GOING AGAINST THEIR OWN WEBSITE POLICY WHICH THEY PUT TO SCAM YOU TO GO WITH THEM VERSUS ANY OF OF THE OTHER AUTO APPRAISALS ONLINE

Diminished value claim
I am very satisfied with the services provided.

The insurance company initially determined there was no diminished value and weren't going to pay out on my claim, however after submitting my appraisal report from Monica they agreed to negotiate a settlement.
I would definitely recommend Auto loss to anyone searching for a Diminished value appraiser

Mr [redacted] was approved for a refund on 6-19- He was notified of that in writing on 6-19- On 6-19-he forwarded us his address to mail the check to We emailed him that the CPA mails out the checks every 30-days The policy is on the website and most of our customers get the checks in daysIt has barely been over days since the refund has been approved and Mr [redacted] is sending us emails demanding the refund now As stated in emails to him and our website our CPA will mail the check within the allotted timeFor tax purposes all refunds go thru the CPA We have no control over the date of the refund Thanks, [redacted] [redacted]

My husband and I bought a new car and while shopping my car was hit.I had never heard of a Diminished Value claim until our car was fixed! Our repair shop said we needed to file a claim with the oponits InsCo I called them and they honestly made me feel like there was no such thing I then called AutoLoss and they were awesome, from the receptionist to the owner!! Per the contract, if they are unable to secure any money for my claim with [redacted] Insurance then I am to receive my $returned I have provided them the denial letter and was told I would receive my money, however no refund has been received to date

I contacted Monica F [redacted] of Autoloss by phone in regards to an insurance claim for Diminished Value against USAA She assured me that a charge of (I think) $on my credit card would be returned if she was unable to succeed in getting USAA to pay me Diminished Value for damage to my car This started in May of this year After several months of working closely with her, and following her instructions to the obtain a Deminished Value settlement, she wrote me that they had, in her words, “exhausted all avenues of attack” on 8/30/ I have requested a refund and while she has told me a variety of dates that a check would be mailed to me, the dates keep getting shifted out to the right, and I have no check I believe she is using delaying tactics to abound refunding my payment

Monica assured that insurance companies owed me more than $6,for diminished value claimsOnce I paid $250.00, they send a generic demand sample that didnt stand a chanceLiberty Mutuals Dimished Value Manager denied my claimI forwarded Monica the response serveral times and she act as if she was confusedI provided a hard copy and email copy of the denial letterI asked for a full refund timesOn the Autoloss.inc receipt it states, “Money Back Guarantee- At the end of the DV process if you don't have at least the appraisal feeor have the vehicle totaled we will reimburse you the appraisal fee per our website.” However, this is not the case once you pay Monica becomes Msuntouchable she will forward you to every support person in the companyThey have no knowledge of their profession and cant honor their own policyPlease do yourself a favor and keep your moneyThe reviews are accurate these people are worthlessMonica will lose more than the $she conned

I recently had an accident with my car and asked help from autoloss DV for filing a diminshed value claimI was working with Monica f* They said they will help in the claim and if the claim doesn't goes through they will give the $filing fees which I paid ahead The claim was rejected because there was a prior collision which was not reported in the car facts When I contacted autoloss for the refund they were not giving me a call back after multiple attemptsAfter weeks I got hold of them and they refused to provide the refund of dollars Thy asked me to file a case against the dealer ship instead of asking for a refund to them I would like to have my refund of dollars because my claim was rejected

We work hard to help every client In some states and certain polices we are able to negotiate a settlement with the insurance company On the website we have a fee for negotiating claims and the fee is $ Instead of charging our client an extra fee to negotiate the claim we negotiated the claim for free We spoke with insurance companies appraiser numerous times regarding the claim and the appraiser was unwilling to increase the offer We have no problem refunding the client the fee The client never asked for a refund and I thought she was negotiating the claim herself We have completed over 30,claims so we are not always able to get our clients more money and that is why we have the refund policy Our number on goal is to make our customers happyWe want to be in business another years Thanks so much, [redacted]
