Last year I was involved in an auto accident that was not my fault I contacted the other drivers insurance company to file a diminished value claim When the offer came back, I felt it was too low and reached out to Monica F* at Autoloss, Incfor assistance I explained what had happened and what the insurance company had offered Monica assured me that they could at least get the $fee I had to pay Autoloss, Incplus the insurance company offer back from the insurance company I agreed to this and payed the $fee Over the course of several months the insurance company did not raise their offer despite the guarantee from Autoloss, Inc Twice I asked for my fee to be returned and it was ignored It has been two months and I have received no communication from Autoloss, Inc

Was advised if they are unable to provide service their fee of $would be refundedI contracted with them in August of for a diminished value claim against ***Come to find out *** doesn't recognize them or will deal with themAll the demand letters drafted and send where nullmonths of circlesI advised I want a refund and getting now actionI feel after I paid them I had to contact then to do anything for my behalf and then it was a canned reply to submit some trumped up demand letter that goes now whereThis business is a sham and and only service they provide is tomfoolery

I was promised a refund by the company's money back guarantee which states if you do not receive at least the charge of 250$ ftom the insurance company for the deminished value claimThen you will receive the 250$ charge as a refund in accordance with the company's money back guaranteeI have contacted the CEO Monica f* times and she finally responded saying that I received more than my deminished value claim from the insurance company and I would not be receiving a refund of my money.I did not receive any reimbursement from the insurance company.0$ it clearly states in their money back guarantee that I am well within the perimeters of receiving a full refund of my money back

Monica got me $more than the insurance company's initial offer on my total loss vehicleThe state of Oregon even refunds your appraisal fee if your appraiser is able to negotiate a higher offer than what your insurance company initially offers you Basically, the insurance company pays for you to get more money from them

stars autoloss was great The case took months and many demand letters but autoloss did not give up State Farm has a ton of lawsuits against them and autoloss has the goods on them

Do not trust this company with your diminished value claim They will tell you nothing but lies and Monica F*, the owner, will be quick to take your money and pump you full of statements like, "you have a great claim" or "we have a strong case here" From the beginning, I directly told Monica that my car is a leased vehicle and asked her if that would be an issue with the diminished value claim and Monica said that wouldn't be an issue
For a company that has been in the industry for years, Monica should know that diminished value claims on leased vehicles can only be made through the car manufactureI even found replies from Monica on other negative reviews regarding this point about DV claims on leased cars but she had no issue straight LYING to me and charging my card for a claim that my insurance company would never take due to my vehicle being leased
Then they will lie to you about the refund coming in 30-days, which is totally a jokeIf you ever want to get your refund from this truly scam of a service you have to continue to follow up countless timeTheir customer service is only good at the beginning when they first take your money and then after that it turns into a dismal effort and response times
Do yourself a favor and DO NOT USE THIS COMPANYAVOID THEM AT ALL COSTSThey may have been in business for "years" but they will lie to you in order to get your money and then take forever to refund your money in hopes that you forget about it I have emails of all the conversations to prove that Monica and this company are a bunch of liars

I contacted Monica F* on 5/22/about my diminished value claimMonica had me send her all the informationon my car and my repair order and came up with a diminished value of $9,The team at autoloss then sent the DV report to the "at fault" insurance companyI did as I was advised and waiting a few days and then contacted the insurance company to see if they were willing to settle the claimThe insurance company did not seem concerned about about the DV report and blew me offI called and spoke to Erik at autoloss and he advised me to be persistant with them and we drafted a demand letter and sent it to the insurance companyI called the insurance company again and the adjusted stated that they would settle for $1,and sent me a letter to sign offI had been advised that the first offer would be a lowball offer and they had me send the insurance company another letter explaining that their offer was to low and it was rightfully rejectedI never got anymore offers fr

After my Nissan Altima was hit by a car I needed to find a company that handled diminished value I went to the Internet and foud Auto LossI spoke with Monica the first day and in a couple of days she was sending me emails We negotiated a settlement with a small insurance company who only wanted to give me $ Even though she had to send them a demand letter and a final demand letter I was able to get $of the $that we were seeking The insurance company did not want to give me more that $and they kept telling me they would not go any higher Thanks to Monica and her team they were able to quote the Tort Law and give them comparisons and the insurance company relented

Autoloss was fantastic The team was great and helped me thru a tough process *** continued to only offer me $for my diminished value claim After a few months my friend told me to give Autoloss a call Monica was very knowledge and explained the process thoroughly I approved the report to be sent into *** and after a few demand letters Carl K*** at *** wrote me a full check for the assigned amount of $5,Carl only wanted to pay me half the appraisal fee back but I can eat $ Good Job Lima

The team evaluated the diminished value of my car and walked me through the process on how to work with the unresponsive and uncooperative insurance company
Yes, you have to put in some work, but the team does a good job in walking you through the process and helping when needed
All in all very good experience and would definitely use again
