if that account does not have enough to clear the purchase our screen will give us what the card will allow. In this case she was trying to make a [redacted] purchase but her card would only allow [redacted] so our screen showed what this card would allow. We do not have the ability to see bank records or account information at ours store's. Our District Manager took every machine apart at the store as well as questioned both team members and we could find no evidence of wrong doing. Two weeks after this issue our District Manager contacted the customer to find our if there had been any breaches into her account and she stated no. With no evidence to show any wrong doing on our part we consider this matter closed.

I am rejecting this response because: If anyone ordered this same item, I guarantee you it will have the Chrysler branding on it. How do I know these? Because I purchased 2 of these Intake Manifold Actuator and they both have the Chrysler brand. You can not make this stuff up. The only [redacted] brand I see is in the box. This is how Oreilly treat a military veteran like myself? I’m extremely furious and cheated.

I believe they need to provide an action plan to the Revdex.com and provide me a contact to be able to validate that appropriate action is being taken.

They called and said that now it can't be paid until the truck is fixing and a invoice is resubmited. First they wanted the estimate and waited almost 12 weeks to approve it now they want an invoice 2 months later instead of telling me this 2 months ago so that the people can start on the truck. I am renting a truck from my neighbor and they are just dragging this out. To be honest they should be paying for the rental of the truck that I submitted to them last month.
