We have received your letter in regards to the recovery system you had purchased on 3/4/ We reached out to our territorial sales manager who had assisted with making this transaction and stated that he spoke with your service manager Our territorial sales manager stated that your
sales manager was looking into purchasing a recovery system but did not want to pay the full price on a new one Our territorial sales manager found a recovery system and informed your sales manager that he found one that was slightly used There was less than lbs of freeon ran through the recovery system Your sales manager then proceeded to go ahead and make the purchase at a discounted price knowing that the recovery system was slightly used and there would be no warranty on that unit When there were issues with the recovery system, we sent out a service rep to fix the unit free of charge and also let the shop use another recovery system while yours was being serviced At this point, we would not be able to do any exchange on the recovery system We are considering this case closed

I am rejecting this response because: Someone from O'Reilly's Auto parts contacted me on the 3rd week of February and told me that they were going to
email me the coupons that were owed to me, and they have not done so. Please proceed by all means necessary, as this company most certainly does not do what they say they are going to do in any way, shape, or form. I will not let this stand, and I will not let this go. If O'Reilly's does not issue the coupons owed to myself, and my family, I will have no choice but to file a civil law suit which will include hedonic damages at this point per my attourney, at the end of which, the losing party (O'Reilly's) will be responsible for ALL Lawyer fees, and hedonic damages

assisting with getting this labor claim submitted, but the store manager stated that he stated to you that we would need the 1st statement from the mechanic when it was first installed and the second statement from the mechanic on an estimated repair bill for the re installation Our store manager stated to you that he would hold on to the water pump for weeks while you gather the rest of the required statements to complete the labor calim and our store manager never heard back from you within the week period At this point we no longer have the water pump and will not be able to file the labor claim We are considering this case closed
