I am glad that O'Reilly has taken a step in the right direction by submitting a claim for liability in the failure of their part. But the issue will not be resolved to satisfaction until O'Reilly works with the manufacture to insure that the claim is approved and reimbursement received to repair the damages incurred due to failure of Transmission cooler.

I did file a property damage claim directly with the manufacture (ITW Global Brands) claim # CMXXXXXXXXXX on 7/31/2015
ITW required the following item before they would process the claim which I supplied them:
Original receipt
photos of scratched windshield (Extremely difficult to do)
Return the wiper blades
How long have they been on vehicle
Get a quote and send it to them
Where did I buy them from
Two days ago they did send me a Email stating " You should receive your check within 2-4 weeks."
Until I receive this check I would like to keep the Revdex.com complaint open.
