Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaintI was denied access to my account while it was still in good standing with Autozone's Commercial Credit DepartmentThe decision was clearly made by somebody out of the regional office to deny me use of my account as when I talked with Commercial Credit they saw no reason there should be any restrictions on my account Moreover, on their credit application there are spaces to fill in separate billing and delivery addressesSince these addresses are the same for my business, according to their response I should have been denied credit from day one Also, I know of several mobile mechanics that have been given lines of credit with at least one that regularly receives deliveries to his home from the same store and has been for yearsSo I am still left asking why I'm being singled out Regards, [redacted] **

We sincerely apologize for the delay in handling the reimbursement of the depositAny time a customer places a deposit on a vehicle to hold it for them they are entitled to a full refund if they choose to no longer pursue the purchase and this should have been communicated clearly to the customer This has been addressed internally with our staff to avoid situations like this occurring in the future, and again we sincerely apologize for the delay in processing the refundWe have been informed by [redacted] ***, Sales Manager, that he spoke with Ms [redacted] on the morning of July 22, and processed the credit card refund at that timeMs [redacted] should see that credit appear on her statement shortly

This company has been billing me for three years now for work I never had done I had never even heard of them let alone done business with them Since I have received invoices from this company, to my company I had never heard of them, I had never done business with them and they keep sending me invoices for work that was never done, and never contracted It is a scam because I do not owe them anything They will not provide me with proof I know there is no real proof because I am the owner of my company and I would have handled this transaction There was no transaction, no agreement and no work done for me

Tell us why here[redacted] leased the vehicle on April 25th, At that time the first payment was included in the dealThe contract had to be resigned and Hoffman Honda sent it overseas to him where he was deployedThe dealership received the contract back in May and sent it to HondaThe second payment was due so the dealership asked Honda to short fund the payment and Hoffman Honda would collect it from [redacted] *e was due $1,for his trade equity and the dealership spoke with him and sent him a check for a net $This is broken down as the $1,for the trade in minus the $payment plus $to cover the expense to overnight Hoffman Honda the contractThis check was cut on May 6, and sent out after the dealership received the contract back from [redacted] in late MayThe check was made out to [redacted] wife [redacted]

This company is a scam Do not believe anything they say as you will be sorry They gather email addresses and rip people off
