This company has been billing me for three years now for work I never had done I had never even heard of them let alone done business with them
Since I have received invoices from this company, to my company I had never heard of them, I had never done business with them and they keep sending me invoices for work that was never done, and never contracted It is a scam because I do not owe them anything
They will not provide me with proof I know there is no real proof because I am the owner of my company and I would have handled this transaction There was no transaction, no agreement and no work done for me

Please be advised that the $was refunded to Ms*** on 7/at 7:17pm We usually do not refund a credit card without having the customer and card present at that time, but in this case we did per the customer's insistence. The credit refund can take anywhere from 3-business days to show on the consumer's credit statementIf the credit has not shown on the statement by Wednesday, August please let us knowThank you

billingOser Communication fabricated a hand written contract for advertising and have been trying to get my business to pay
Oser Communication approached my company's booth at the Summer Fancy Food Show in I was not presentThey talked the employee at the booth into signing a contract for future advertising in one of their publicationsThe employee did not have the authority to make a binding agreement and the "contract" was a hand written piece of paperI had no knowledge of this interactionMonths later Oser communications started sending me bills for collection and threatening emailsThey have been sending threatening emails trying to collect on a spurious contract for services (advertising) that were never renderedOser communications is using extortion to try and intimidate small businesses in the United States

On 8/21/I responded to the complainant with the message below in an email that included my contact information after I had looked into the situationAccording to my Regional Manager, he

OSER employs extremely unethical business practices and attempts to get people to sign long term contracts under duress
Back in March of 2016, I was a vendor at NPEWOne of the OSER sales reps was walking around selling advertisingDuring this show, *** *** came to my booth and sold me what I thought was advertising for the next year's show (just one show)
a few months later, I was emailed a new invoice from OSER, and was thoroughly confusedAfter I asked them to send me the "Contract" they sent me a document showing that I had signed up for multiple years of advertising with them, and multiple shows per yearIt appeared that the contract may have been modified after the fact to add in additional shows, but I have no way of proving this, since I didn't receive a copy of the contract that day on March 13,

Understand that it was not the fact that I might have to pay them back for the monthly payment that they paid that I had issue with, but the companies refusal to discuss the situation with me and instead attacking my credit to get what they wantedI am accepting their response because they have removed the late mark on my credit report and taken off the late fee they charged me. I vigorously dispute their reply and the response from *** ***It is simply incorrect. If it were accurate why did I have the daily issues I did starting the car while the 26R battery was installed, and not have any issues starting the car after the correct battery was installed?
The Revdex.com accredited business *** ***, which actually examined the battery in my car (see attached), along with all the *** service techs in the area (also attached), along with the *** *** *** ( http://lupesabcs.com/bci_2014-battery.pdf ) all confirm that the size is the only correct size for a *** Corolla(I would encourage anyone copied on this discussion who has questions as to the veracity of *** *** response to take mins and call the *** service techs whose names and phone numbers have been providedI think the manufacturer of the automobile is better informed than a company looking to profit by selling discounted batteries.) It does not take much imagination to conclude why *** ***, which has an obvious financial interest in this matter, would reply the way they did
Since Sumerel is an Revdex.com accredited business, I assume we can forward the *** *** letter to them so they can reply?
If AutoZone wants to do a conference call, that is fine with meI will pursue recompense with them through other channels, and continue to pursue this matter with the Attorney General and Federal Trade Commission

I had called several store managers in the same district as this Autozone I'm making a complaint onThey all told me that if a customer comes into the store for a return or uses a debit card for an transaction he would be granted a refund in cash on the spot no questions asked as long as they had the correct documentationMy debit card was charged twice and the first charged being unauthorized with the store manager agreeing that the store made an errorHowever, they had refused to correct the error in the store, and began to tell me its completely on my bank holder to reverse the chargesI met with my bank today and I'm in the midst of signing a disclaimer, my bank suggested before I do so let's give Autozone a few days to respondThis complaint I'm making isn't about there refund policy, it's about the service I received from the store I'm complaining aboutThe store manager was loud, angry, and unprofessionalI was scared of being scam even more than I already was and I call

Hoffman Honda provided the proper information and documentation to the customer at the time of purchase seven months agoAs Ms*** states in her initial complaint, she and her boyfriend were told of the $571/month payment by the business manager when they were signing the final purchase agreementDespite the customer now stating they both thought it was an extreme amount, they continued on with the purchase and signed all documentsHoffman Honda handled the business transaction accurately as described in our previous response to this claim

Our District Manager, *** ***, spoke with the customer, see his information below. She did stop by the store and pick it up.Yes, I did. I told her we would be happy to give her $for the $return and a $gift card on top of that. I told her she could stop by store
*** and speak with *** or any manager who could take care of her. I also spoke to *** about this and he said he would let *** know. When I spoke to *** later that week or next week, she had not yet come by the store to take care of the issue. I don't know if it has changed since that time
