I received a loan from avant incin january for $at the time I did'nt need all of the $so I paid back $of itThey applied the money as individual payments and told me I did'nt have to make another payment until september , I made the first payment in september and now i'm ready to pay the rest off and they added $of interest to my loan so instead of me owing $3500, I now owe $to pay off this loanThat is OBSURD!!! I will never do business with the company againThey are rip offs!!

After watching an interview on [redacted] about how great Avant was I thought I would tryMy credit rating is close to only low due to credit cards I wanted to pay off with a small loanThis company proved it is still a child in the world of business for sure I was asked to send my taxes and bank statement after being aware of approval to a pointSo I did this as askedThen it was a cover letter for my taxesThen my bank logo on my bank statement I am self employed and have been for over yearsSo if I can stay successful at being self employed this long wellI can also depreciate a lot on my taxes which can show very low income at times My bank statements should havery clarified this easily But it was clear I should have not wasted my time with this [redacted] operation and just went to my bank in the first place to ask for such a small amount of money I was already told it was a problem at a local bank Lesson learned and will not only nevery use this again but will also share my experience with all I canTell them if your self employed forget dealing with this company they don't take any of it to consideration Waste of time so yes I am [redacted] I emailed my info to Anant

Yesterday they "fixed" the issues as they saidThey did not notify me, I just logged onto my account to check up and saw everything changedAll they did was lessen the dollar amount I owed for last month by $They did not correct the inaccurate interest charging for six months worth of 50+ days of interest per month per billing cycle when there were only and days in those billing cycle months and my payments were never late they were always earlyThat needs to be credited to my principalThey also did not correct one month where they charged me $too much in interest (somehow) which I coughed and time and notified them and they still have not put the remaining overpayment of interest $towards my principle, they just kept itAnd they still have not fixed their mistake of chargi and they still have not fixed their mistake of stating my principal is $5,(after I made $worth of payments in June of 2015) "somehow" when the maximum amount of my loan is only $and I haven't made any draws on it and almost a yearI need to correct my balance to where it is supposed to be which is $2,and apply the interest they overcharged me for which is a total of days at 60% interest and a $4,principal (I'll do the math since they can't figure it outIt's $967.26) and also credit the $I overpaid in interest for August towards my principal as wellThe total principal balance at the end of this for my august statement should be $This company has ripped me off by over charging me interest blatantly and hiding behind a blanket of " we don't have a contact phone number you can only email us" Bull Final Consumer Response / [redacted] (3000, 17, 2015/09/18) */ Why is this closed? They didn't fix anythingI sent back a second response and it says they have until September to respond and they still have not responded just like because their customer service is ridiculous! They literally just blew me off through the Revdex.com just like they have been with everything else when it's a legitimate billing problem that is affecting me by almost $2000! I came to the Revdex.com because that's what you guys are here for because I have no way to contact them and they will not contact me back so my only option was to use you guys to help mediate the issue and nobody helped on your emd at all either! All that happened was I spent a boatload of time explaining to you guys what happened and then you just close the complaint with no resolve? All they did was admit that they made a mistake in the billing "one time" it wasn't even true because it's been like nine months of mistakes, and then said we have adjusted everything and fix your discrepancies, but they didn't! They literally admitted to it said they would fix it notified you that it was fixed so they would clean up their name on the Revdex.com and then my balance is the exact same as it was before all of this startedI submitted the math spelled out very clearly for them of exactly what was wrong and what it should be and they completely ignored it Nowhere at all in there did they mention that they charged me for 51, 55, 57, 59, and days worth of interest months in a row when my payments work on time every single month! And to top it off the billing statement show each one of those months or and day months except for February which is only days and somehow all of my payments were on time and they came up with days worth of interest when there's only days in the total billing cycles! THEY RIPPED ME OFF AND OVERCHARGED ME AND HOWEVER MANY OTHER CUSTOMERS THEY DO THIS TO BY DAYS IN MONTHS!!! They never once mentioned that which is the main problem In the billing!
