I applied on May 2,for a loan and submitted what was requested of me on May 8, I spoke with a customer service representative who put me on hold while they reviewed my income verifications with a managerShe came back to state that I was approved for $12,instead of what I had originally requested and that I would just need to sign by into my account and sign the loan agreement for the new approved amountI went back in on May 9, and signedI received an email on May 9, stating that I had been approved and that the loan would be deposited into my bank account the next business dayI later went into my account to review when my first payment was due which showed June 12, On Mother's Day May 9, I received an email that states my application had expired and that I could later reapplyConfused my wife called Avant customer service where she was told that they had never seen this happen in there time employed with the companyVery disappointed
