I am very disappointed in your company…first I applied for a loan for $that was approvedBut because I didn’t jump right on that, it was lowered to half without reason or rhyme as to why, the new loan of half with a payment amount of about $a month which I can pay easily with no problemsyour system is horrible, I couldn't get my bank statements to uploadIt took whole days of me jumping through hoops of collecting informationI then got an email saying my loan was approved and that I should have funds deposited into my account within hoursThe very next day, I got another email saying that I needed to call the verification teambecause now you needed months of statements and I needed to confirm I am me Then, after jumping through even more hoops and wasting more of my time, sending in the additional information I got an email today that you are unable to approve my loan at this time which sadly disappointed me! But what strikes me odd, is if I want a letter as to why the loan was not approved, I need waste more of my time to write avant a letter requesting to receive the loan denial letterI’ve never heard of such a thingI think that this is a ridiculous and poor decision on your company's behalf!! You just lost a loyal customer that would have gone on to recommend others to you as wellbut now, I plan to put the word out that this has happened to all my friends, cohorts, clients, the person in the supermarket and nail salons, of the bad experience I have had with avant and for them to not deal with your company everLost customer forever [redacted]

Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: As stated: I was contacted on the phone, and provided the information, a delay of days was introduced All of the sudden my application was declined for delay, but I was told all the information was provided, when they asked me for employment information, I sent the proof of payment and get receipts that they had them the website did not allowed me to attach a document and follow the process to send emails There were too many fundamental mistakes, and flaws, in the process, because it is not true that I did not furnish informaion on time In addition which is worth another complain, their waiting times on the line are ridiculously long The chat feature never works because, nobody is available to do chat Support is impossible, for a working person Sincerely, Newton [redacted]

I had been receiving Avant Credit to check my rates confirming it want effect to my FICO credit scoreAfter few mails, I have decided to check my rate by applying online which I didThen I was given a rate with a pre approved limitSince the line of credit offered to me was not what in my mind, I disregardedAfter a week or so, I have received an email saying they have reviewed my credit application and regretfully deniedI was surprisedThey have considered credit without my consentThen I have chat online and emailed their customer services asking explanation to no availSince then , two consecutive weeks they have sent me pre screened offersThen I have responded to the second offer, which they eventually denied due to the fact that I have previously applied credit a month agoI have never applied credit month ago but only check my rate( I have never failed a payment in all my credit history and always ontop of paymentsThe only reason I have much higher credit use due

READ FIRST I applied for a loan and got the preapproval Didn't hear from no one for about a day so I kept checking the website, at one point the website said my email was wrong and typed in my email again but wouldn't accept it then I just logged offchecked again and it had a contract/promissory note read it and signed it thought it was approved nothing about it was a preapproval contract.then wander why I haven't got any emailstoday a lady called saying they needed more info about income and bank info, it feels like a scam and asked why I signed a contact which she said its a preapprovalI told her it felt like a scam and had to think aboutI went ahead sent the infoThen a guy called saying he needed my social so of course I'm asking why he needs it and he says a discrepancy in my social.I'm like how is that and you checked my credit n it's on my creditHe was a total [redacted] n said well then don't give it to meHe acted like a scammer n why not ask the first callHorrible

I was applying for a loan with this company and I sent them all the documents they asked for until they asked for the Social Security award letter that stated my disability I told them that was beyond personal and to forget it and cancel my application Then I was sent an email that Avant had checked my credit score every time they talked to me on the phoneFor this reason my credit score was dropped points! They had it in their computer and had no reason to keep checking it every time we talked! I am very upset about this it takes a long time to get ptson your credit score!

I would NOT recommend taking a loan through this companyI took a loan for about $In December to help cover holiday expenses which was scheduled to mature in yearsAfter making on time payments for months of $each months my balance was still $3200!! I called in to pay my loan off with my credit card (lower interest rate) but they would only allow me to pay through drafting my bank account I could only pay $(nearest $10) on my cardIn July I made my scheduled monthly payment and an additional payment of $I requested that this be applied to the premium of the loan; they wanted to apply it to future paymentsYou would think having done this that my monthly payment amount would be reduced but that it not the case, I still had $due in AugustWhen I questioned this I was told my payment amount was fixedMy payment was due on the 7th (Sunday) and I received an email stating that my account would be drafted the following business day, when I called the 6th to put the payment on my credit card the representative told the request was sent to my bank Friday and approvedI told the representative that it wasn't supposed to happen until Monday Since it was the weekend there was nothing I could do to stop itThis action caused me to overdraft on my accountHowever when I called Monday they told me the payment was taken MondayThis was not the first time I received an extra charge with their screwy payment days and incorrectly conveyed informationThankfully I was able to secure a line of credit elsewhere and be done with them for goodThis company practices predatory lending practices; there are laws against this sort of thingI will never use them again and I strongly urge others to look elsewhere to avoid the headache

I took loan with avant couldnt pay on time due to financial hardship.Finally I made arrange to settle my account.After I finish my payment I ask Selina billing department supervisor to remove my late payment because even after days Avant keep reporting me to credit bureaus.I had late payments my credit went from to 450.Avant refuse compeletely to work with me.Worst company ever,I wont recommend this company even to my enemies

They asked for my online banking user name and password to verify that I had an account They DO NOT need that information to verify a banking account!

I sent in all paperwork as requested bank statements ,income verification, with voided check as requested to complete my contract on 09/07/,after an email from them receiving my paperwork I called to check on my contract days later ,and A different employer answered the phone on 9/13/,and requested more income information because she would not accept my income or voided check that the previous employer which I talked with did accept all of it I also want to say all my paperwork was accepted .A second voided check from my other bank was requested today on 09/13/today A bit strange to me never been thru so much frustration with any finance company ever she kept wanting more information when all mine was accepted ,she hung up on me ,company would not call me back ,and did not accept my calls ,and signed me out of website turned me down suddenly I received an email on 09/13/after 4pm of denial and we were not finished with contract .this company discriminates ,and it is against the law this company needs to be investigated ,I also plan on filing A complaint with the consumer affairs division of discrimination against this company It is wrong how I was treated by this woman today an awful feeling please let people know to look deeply into A company before applying ,and sending in private documentation which they refused to send back to me I would never recommend Avant financing to anyone ,and awful experience dissatisfied customer
