I purchased a parrot bebop refurbished drone from Techrabbit and times it had a problem the first drone was replaced and the second time we created a deal that they would send a new drone and give me a full refund so I sent in my drone and they rceived it so I called them and told them that they received it so they said we will give you the refund but they wouldnt send me the drone because there supervisor changed there mind so they made a deal so they could have the drone back
Item ordered was exactly as described, well packaged, and delivered promptly (even with free shipping) The price was excellent and the product (a battery cell phone case) works perfectly
Terrible service the iPhone I bought replace I know after because the Apple told to me the cellphone doesn’t work the battery die I did the complaint but without solution
I tried to purchase a JBL Pulse refurbished from techrabbit.com.The website glitched and did not complete my order but they sure did charge my bank account
I have contacted techrabbit numerous times however since they don't see an order they cannot process a refund to my bank accountSo here I am I have to wait 22+ days from my bank just to get my transaction returned
I will not be trying to re purchase this product as its an absolute nightmare to get your money back if something happens.I am very angry about this experience and it could have been a lot better if Anthony from techrabbit would give me my money back
