I am afraid that this is a case of fraud as the seller is not responsive to my messages to resolve this problem
Item ordered was exactly as described, well packaged, and delivered promptly (even with free shipping) The price was excellent and the product (a battery cell phone case) works perfectly
I purchased a parrot bebop refurbished drone from Techrabbit and times it had a problem the first drone was replaced and the second time we created a deal that they would send a new drone and give me a full refund so I sent in my drone and they rceived it so I called them and told them that they received it so they said we will give you the refund but they wouldnt send me the drone because there supervisor changed there mind so they made a deal so they could have the drone back
The particular item that I ordered arrived before the promised date (always a pleasure), and was packaged efficiently (proper sized packaging, proper padding)The price was 25% of what I've seen from other vendorsI would order from TechRabbit again
