I have had nothing but horrible experiences with this location and this company in generalI've had issues from customer service to billing and all the way aroundI recently had an issue with my card on file being compromisedI immediately informed them as this was the card I had on file for auto payI advised them that I would like to avoid any feesI was informed they can take my account information and auto pay that way so I gave them that information and advised them the funds are availableThey didn't take the payment out on the usual day of the month and when I called they assured me they had the information on file and it would be deducted from my accountI finally received my new card and updated my information with them at which time I asked about my billing, they told me I was fine for this month and the next billing cycle would reflect on my new cardI again asked if there were any fees to be charged and was reassured me that I wouldn'tWell I was, and after speaking to three representatives on the phone, being hung up on twice, I received a voicemail stating the service will be credited to my bill NEXT MONTH and that they cant refund me after they wrongfully charging me

Membership was a promotion membership from owner *** *** as a month to monthCal Fit salesperson came over to Total Nutrition store to complete paperworkSalesperson told us that he needed our credit card to set up account but that we wouldn't be charged monthly fees*** the owner stated he gave them his cardAll because we've been getting charged monthly and an annual fee nowWe attempted to cancel now that I don't work for Total Nutrition but the original salesperson can't cancel, only corporateCorporate won't cancel without a $cancel feeThis was purchased for us to promote the store and now we are ending up with the monthly bills and now a cancellation feeOwner *** should be contacted to pay for cancellation fees ***This was not supposed to be an annual membership, but Cal Familiy Fitness won't work with us and we should be liable for helping out the owner of the storePlease help us

I contacted this business over two weeks ago to cancel my membership - I did not get a copy of my membership for almost two weeks after joining the gym- I was not told that I would be locked into a membership or I would not have joined I went to pull my email to cancel the membership and read the agreement that stated I was locked into a month contract but had days to cancel after signing up - I was not allowed that time due to never getting the agreement I would have at that point canceled I also since joining have had issues with staff being rude and the environment not being pleasing- as time went on all of these issues surfaced I have not attended this gym in a month or so I have called now 4+ times and emailed with the same response that someone will get back to me Today was the 4th call and on top of that I never get the same person They state they have to contact the district manager and will get back to me however they are not following through and continue t

The company staff did not tell me the correct information for the promotion prize and just want me to sign the documentationI follow his words to let my daughter to try two months membrship and only pay one monthBut later I found out the company charged me each month and told me I had join the membeship and if I do not cancel my membership they will continuous charge me every monthSo I canceled the membership which I didn't understand (just want a try two months) and ask to refund me the charge which was over the try membership fees

Because a signed contract is legally binding, there is no legal issue if an employee sells you one thing but you sign for something completely differentIt is up to you (or your attorney) to have sufficient legal knowledge to understand the contract you are signing
A perfect example, the contract "Renewal Terms" include the statement, "...may cancel the membership at any-time by providing a written notice and making one final payment..."This means once you cancel your membership you will be legally required to pay for an additional month of club fees AFTER cancellation, even if you are paid and current at the time of cancellationThis is clear predatory contracting intended to maximize profit at the expense of company integrity, a word that should be removed from their mission statementWhy would a consumer reasonably pay for an additional month of service when they just cancelled the service itself?
