Thank you for making us aware of the complaint our customer, [redacted] filed with your office Our Brookfield, WI location always strives for excellent customer service, and we appreciate the opportunity to respond.This is the first time we were made aware of [redacted] 's intentions to cancel his membership We have never received a cancellation notice from [redacted] and we have no notes in our data base indicating his intentions to cancel We have reached out to [redacted] on multiple occasions in attempt to collect his past due balance Please see attached documents they confirm the time and dates we attempted to contact him ***'s outstanding balance is $in which we are only asking for $to clear his account and cancel it We feel that this is a reasonable offer that [redacted] should honor We ask him to contact our Customer Support Center at ###-###-#### to take care of his outstanding balance and to cancel his membership

We at the Corporate Office don't know what her intentions where on that particular day was it to workout or to cancel her membership?? Every employee of Xperience Fitness knows our cancellation policy and yet we have no cancellation notification from Ms [redacted] on file?? Also, Ms [redacted] is attempting a "charge back" on the 9/2/membership dues.? At this point Xperience Fitness will cancel Ms [redacted] membership agreement but is unwilling to refund any money back to her due to the charge back.? Our billing company, ABC Financial contacted Ms [redacted] on August 20, when she did a charge back of membership dues on? her account and her husband’s account.? At that point our billing company informed Ms [redacted] on the company’s cancellation policies.? Please see attachment for all communications between Ms [redacted] and ABC Financial.? Xperience Fitness and or ABC Financial has never received a cancellation letter from Ms [redacted] or her husband.?
