I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.I would like to add that I did not get a response from OpenSky's customer service staff about this part of my order until I filed the Revdex.com complaint. Within 24 hours of filing the complaint, I had a refund.Thanks to the Revdex.com!

I confirm I only receive one top, this is what I've been trying to tell everyone from the beginning in fact both tops had same tracking number but I only received black.  I am not in the habit of lying about anything even if I am wrong

They are still not addressing the issue of false advertising and potentially illegally marketed products. Just issuing me a refund and having me return the product is not protecting the consumer. There are too many complaints to the Revdex.com regarding this company for them to have an "A" rating. A company should not be able to scrub their image in this fashion. Please actually investigate my claim that they may be conducting business in an insincere manner.
