I called the day my AC went out and the technician, Kyle ***, was at my house in about an hour after he finished another service callHe was very professional, direct and told me exactly what my AC needed to run againAfter getting my AC up and running again he suggested looking into getting financing for a new unit since mine is so old and helped me search for a few different possibilitiesI would absolutely recommend Keefe’s to anyone and I will be calling them for any future AC problems
We had a perfect service call with your very professional service technician, Kyle ***, who called in advance to let us know when to expect him Once here, he diagnosed our problem with the upstairs 'frozen' unit immediately He explained to us that changing the old worn-out capacitor (which he had correct part in his service vehicle) would get the compressor working again, and it did! While he waited for the thermostat to go down degrees to make sure it was operating correctly, he told us exactly how to take care of our AC drainage line in the attic every month and other great reminders, too He was most courteous, friendly, and professional throughout his visit We will definitely ask for his services next time we need help again I highly recommend Kyle Tto anyone needing AC or heating services
