From the time I made the initial call to the time the job was completed everything was handled in a professional manner Jasmine kept me informed on when the service tech would show up until he was on his way They even worked with my schedule John explained everything to me including understanding the meter readings He covered everything so I could make a smart decision Nice guy and would request him again Would definitely use this business next time

My Directv technician knocked off my AC duct to my bedroom on a Saturday I called Keefe's first thing Monday morning, and they repaired the duct that same day I was able to sleep much more comfortablyKeefe's is always punctual with their service calls and they are keeping my AC running well and coolJeremy was also very pleasant and he worked out a plan for me to upgrade my AC and my duct work for a reasonable price that was financed a very low rate per month
Positive Kyle Tcame out to service our air conditioning systems Keefe's had installed a new internal system years ago, but that part of the house never cooled properly - my daughter was very uncomfortable in her roomKyle discovered that an installation had not been done correctly Kyle repaired the system at no cost to us My daughter's room is now cool, and that's critical in July in southeast LouisianaThere aren't too many businesses that admit a mistake was made and correct it appropriately I would recommend Kyle Tand Keefe's
