We had a perfect service call with your very professional service technician, Kyle ***, who called in advance to let us know when to expect him Once here, he diagnosed our problem with the upstairs 'frozen' unit immediately He explained to us that changing the old worn-out capacitor (which he had correct part in his service vehicle) would get the compressor working again, and it did! While he waited for the thermostat to go down degrees to make sure it was operating correctly, he told us exactly how to take care of our AC drainage line in the attic every month and other great reminders, too He was most courteous, friendly, and professional throughout his visit We will definitely ask for his services next time we need help again I highly recommend Kyle Tto anyone needing AC or heating services

Keefe's has been doing regular preventative maintenance on my units for several years they are polite, on-time, professional, and do what they say they will do John Bwas here yesterday and I felt comfortable enough to let him do is work (alone inside) while I did yard work outside The techs have always been excellent
My air went out after hoursJohn was nice and sold us a lot of parts to fix itIf he measured the drop and told my husband that it was low and that is why we needed to spend more money to add Freon, he would have done itIt was 10% low which does not seem to be badOf course we left and when we came back hours later, we did not have a cool houseIt was 79% even though the unit had been running for hoursWe called and set up appt for the next dayToday another nice guy came and took the drop measure and said it was low and adding Freon was necessary to make the unit work correctly We were charged an additional diagnostic fee in addition to the high cost of Freon that took the gentleman maybe minutes to doI think after being his customer for years that we should have not been charged an additional feeI could not get an answer to how long this Freon should last? For an additional $test they could possibly find the leakHis workers that come have been friendly and polite menWe see them twice a year

Chris Dwas the technician that came to service my unit and he was professional and friendly He took the time to explain how the unit operates, recommended a different filter for the unit and showed and explained how an insulated covering into the attic (above the stairs to excess the unit) would help with keeping the heat from coming through from the attic into the house I have had Keefe's serving my units for over years and their service is outstanding In I had a new Lennox unit put in along with new duct work and spray insulation in the attic and the entire process went smoothly and my electric bill in the hottest part of the summer decreased by 75%
Dana has been to my house two times for routine service contract check upsEach time he has been very helpful in explaining how the system worksHe has shown me how the control panel works which has been extremely helpful has this is a new house to meHe was friendly and knowledgeable.I would rate him highly
My Directv technician knocked off my AC duct to my bedroom on a Saturday I called Keefe's first thing Monday morning, and they repaired the duct that same day I was able to sleep much more comfortablyKeefe's is always punctual with their service calls and they are keeping my AC running well and coolJeremy was also very pleasant and he worked out a plan for me to upgrade my AC and my duct work for a reasonable price that was financed a very low rate per month
