I am rejecting this response because:First of all, that is a lie...AGAIN...those people made it up their own story. And anyway that is no the important issue, the main issue is that they told me that they NEVER will charge me anything for the transaction.You can find on internet very easily, even in Google Map, many of bad reviews that that company have. Many people are saying on internet the same thing, they lie to people and steal our money.I already made contact with a couple of victims (people with the same problem of me) and we are starting together a more strong legal action against them.

As previously stated, LEADERS submitted refunds for both the ETF as well as the reader that was returned; however we’ve received notification from the bank that the refund rejected. LEADERS asks that this merchant contact the Customer Service department regarding the rejected refund.

In our efforts to resolve this merchant’s issues,LEADERS has thoroughly reviewed our Merchant Service records, which include theMerchant’s signed Agreement....

All rates and fees have been clearly indicated inthe contract for the merchant to see prior to signing. If for some reason thesales representative failed to go over any fees the merchant will be charged,the contracts detail the fees so the merchant can clearly see them beforesigning. This merchant’s signed agreement acknowledges they read the agreementand agreed to all rates and fees. As a good faith gesture, LEADERS will refundthe $350 Early Termination Fee. The merchant should see this refund inapproximately 7-10 business days.  LEADERS wishes the merchant good luck andconsiders this complaint resolved and closed.

I am rejecting this response because: I contacted my bank and spoke to management and nothing was ever rejected from our account from leaders or anyone else for that matter. They said they see that leaders pulls money from the account so there shouldn't be any issue depositing money either.Regards,

LEADERS is unable to locate any statement showing this merchant was billed $990. LEADERS also does not have record of additional transactions being processed on this account. LEADERS asks that this merchant contact the Customer Service department if this merchant has questions regarding charges.

I am rejecting this response because all the funds being held HAVE NOT been released. I just called and spoke with "Desirre" via telephone number: She transferred me to the "Risk Department" where I spoke to an extremely rude and unpleasant woman named "Denise," who again transferred me to "Nester's" voicemail when I requested an update regarding the funds being held. I called back again and the phone was again answered by 'Desirre" who then tried to transfer me to "Monica" (Desirre stated she was the last person to notate my account), however she was unavailable. I was then transferred to "C[redacted]" in the 'Risk Department' and after providing her with my business information, she then maliciously transferred my to customer service even though I explained to her I needed to speak to someone is risk about releasing my funds. Leaders Merchant services has again been extremely unhelpful and they are now refusing to assist me at all.

Because we are unable to locate a merchant account with the information provided, we would need the Merchant ID Number to be able to assist this merchant. I am rejecting this response because:I never signed any form and was told I’d have to pay $350 for closing the account even though I never signed any online agreement and I sent back the credit card machine unopened. They can send me a closure form which I will gladly sign and I would like all the money back they took from me since I made no transactions using their device.

Due to LEADERS privacy policy, LEADERS cannot disclose details of any merchant account online. If this merchant prefers to communicate via email, LEADERS would be more than happy to accommodate that request. Unfortunately, LEADERS is unable to issue any refunds to this merchant as all fees are valid per the agreement this merchant was able to review prior to submitting. LEADERS, will lower this merchant’s agreement to a 1 year agreement.

I am rejecting this response because:  I contacted Leaders to let them know I closed the bank account associated with them.  They will send a check once they get the rejection. That is only part of what they owe me.   I am still waiting for a refund of the $129.00 they took from the account I recently closed without my knowledge were not disclosed to me by the sales representative.  I asked the sales representative several times about ALL fees related to using their card reader and he lied by omitting this fee along with other fees.  If I had known about these fees, I would not have signed up with this company.  I was taken advantage of and lied to.  This company needs to own up to their dishonest way of doing business.  I am still waiting for them to refund the $129.00.

They can return  the fees as they have said in response but this account is not being used and I want to close asap. When they decide to not charge me for closing the account  as I was told by salesman when he signed me up there was no cancelation fees at any time then we can close account.  This company is based on lies, being pushy and hidden fees that are never discussed and are in such fine print they can't be read.

In our efforts to resolve this merchant’s issue, LEADERS has thoroughly reviewed our merchant service records which includes the merchant’s signed agreement and recorded conversations....

After review of our phone records from April 11, 2016, the merchant signed their agreement and our records indicate that our Sales Rep had 4 separate phone conversations totaling 58 minutes. During these 4 calls that lasted virtually an hour, the merchant had side conversations regarding a sprained ankle and starting her business again, so we don’t understand how this merchant can claim they were rushed through the process. LEADERS also confirmed this merchant was the one who initiated the Sales Rep begin the application process. The representative was also on the phone with the merchant while she completed the online application. While the merchant completed the online application she asked the Sales Rep questions throughout that conversation.  All fees incurred by this merchant were disclosed to the merchant during the call or on the application the merchant signed, thus the fees already charged to this merchant are valid, and thus those fees will not be refund, nor with any overdraft fees the merchant may have incurred. As an accommodation to this merchant, LEADERS will agree to waive the early termination fee and close the account once the merchant fills out and signs the closure request form.

Asa good faith gesture, Leaders has refunded the $350 Early Termination fee and sincethe merchant did not want the terminal the $45 shipping fee has also beenrefunded for a total refund of $395. LEADERS would like to wish this merchantmuch success with his business and considers this complaint resolved andclosed.
