This is a complete ripoffNo product was sent to me only any applicatorI was charged initially $then two days later $3.37.: then $then $then $Still no productI feel like a complete fool to have been suckered by this company

It's impossible to first time customer to see terms and conditions of offerAll links on site not working

Purchased a trial item for a total of $Received a phone call thanking for my order with the verbal statement of being able to cancel my automatic billing in days for a day supplyAfter checking my email, I noticed TWO order confirmations emails sent at exactly the same timeOne from [redacted] @bellaathome.com and another from [redacted] @blizzardwhite.comBoth with different order #'s, different customer service #s, and both with monthly auto renews of $What's also shocking is the time in writing to cancel these auto renew memberships was TEN DAYS, not the days as stated verbally over the phone and then written on my calendar as a reminder! After calling both #'s to cancel they claim the item has already been shippedIt was a lieI asked for the tracking number and the shipping label had only been created, not received by post office The email went on to read "The Trial portion of the product is yours to keepIf you do not wish to be charged for THE INCLUDE

I participated in a "free offer" from Amazon and was shipped a tooth whitening kit which I had NO intention of purchasing$CD was deducted from my account and I never did receive the free offerWhen I contacted the company for cancellation and refund they said they could refund 50%, as I had not returned the product! I never received it! I will have my bank dispute the charge but thought it should be reported Thank you

Initially requested products from [redacted] ***, free trialWas not given the means or opportunity to cancel in timeWas charged $for productUpon cancellation, $was refundedReceived another unauthorized shipment of product, and a second unauthorized debit from my account occurred days before receipt of unsolicited product from Bella At HomeMade calls to customer service, was given the run-aroundMailed a letter demanding full refund almost weeks agoNo response receivedJust made another call to customer service who told me it's against company policy to give out corporate phone or other direct contact infoWhat can I do at this point?

On 3/22, I placed an order on-line for a teeth whitening product trial offer for $and all I had to pay was the shipping price of $ I decided to cancel within minutes called customer service ( [redacted] ) and spoke with customer Rep named Harold to cancel the purchase He confirmed the order was already in process to ship; I was surprised to hear this when I just placed the order a few minutes ago He told me upon delivery of the merchandise to return it with RMA# [redacted] within days Checking my email I was sent a cancellation notice with an RMA [redacted] When I received the product on 3/28, I wrote both of the RMA #'s on the front of the unopened box and took it to the PO the same day to mail My [redacted] also contacted me to see if this was a legitimate purchase ($1.03) They told me I was responsible to make payment until credit was applied which I made payment for both the $+ shipping of $that was billed on my April statement I just received my

This company is deceiving to customersThey say they will send you a risk-free sample of their product to try - you just have to pay S&HOnce you get it, you cannot use it because you have to cancel and return it to them or they will charge you $for itThe return shipping to send it back is not reimbursedSo now I have not even gotten to try a new product and have paid $and gone through so much trouble all because they are liars to innocent peopleI went ahead and looked at the Revdex.com for them and they have an "F" rating! I don't know why I didn't think to do that before ordering the "free sample", oh wait, yes I do, because I believed them when they said it was a risk-free trial sampleWATCH OUT EVERYBODY! I read product reviews on it as well and people who actually used it, and got charged a hundred bucks (unlike me) said that it doesn't even work! Lesson learned I guess do not trust companies when they say risk-free trial

Please be aware that there is another company that appears to be attached to BellaatHome It is Smile Pro Direct, with a subsidiary Thunder Avenue Not only was BellaatHome scamming charging my credit card for a teeth whitening product, but I noticed a second company was also charging me for the same product I called BellaatHome and Nik denied any connection I rate this company a negative ten!!! I believe it is a scam

Bella is saying I did not return product, for refund, but I have USPS tracking that says I did

called to order a one time shipment of a product and got multiple shipments and bills

I was visiting evine.com Bellaathome interrupted told me I had been rewarded a free prize I thought it was evine.com I was told it would cost me $ After I gave my credit card information it said I was charge $ I then went to my email to learn they had plan to charge me monthly for a free product I never agreed to a monthly shipment I immediately in five minutes called told them to cancel order that I had not ordered To cancel online they wanted to charge me $ I then called and they kept refusing to cancel the order saying in five minutes it had bee shipped Finally they said they would cancel for $and I did not have to return I called a few more times then was told they would give me 75% of the $and I did not have to send product back I learn that was a lie and they never confirmed The company sent emails immediately, but kept saying it would take hours to get refund emailed It been over hours I have not gotten anythings. This comp

I clicked on an advertisement selling tooth whitening product for about $I didn't notice they changed the price to almost $a month in the fine printI received additional shipment without any invoice that would've alerted me with the new priceI failed to look at my bank statement for several months and when I did I noticed they took out $plus some other chargesI would've never ordered this product if it was over $a monthThis is a classic bait and switch and I feel scammedWhen I called customer service I was only offered one 50% refund of the last payment onlyPlease help me obtain a refund

I made an order for their tooth whitening system from a facebook ad on 08/10/ I did not read anywhere or see anything that said it was a club or membership of any sort when I made the order The ad stated that you would get a free trial for the cost of shipping I got the order days later, it all came in one box, it included two seperate packages One said Bell-At-Home and was a tooth tray system, the other said ATP Action Pro and was a whitening pen system I just figured it was the way they did their packaging I went online and checked my credit account and saw that there were two charges made by each name Both companies had charged my account $and $ I still figured that was just how they did it But, two days later I saw a charge from Bella-At-Home for $94.31, I called immediately They told me that it was a membership that I had days to cancel I told them that this was the 8th day and that they had taken the money on the 7th day Told them to can

Bellaathome over charged my card for a product that I never received and that I cancelled and is giving me a hard time about getting my money back

BellaAtHome offered me a trial package for less than $Now, they want me to send them everything back unused or I'll be charged for Now, I keep getting $charges on my account and I have to pay to return the productThis is not what they are advertisingAlso, the representative told me he was not allowed to provide his or the businesses informationA reputable business would allow their reps to provide their names and contact informationI don't want this happening to other people

BellaAtHome dba *** *** ** *** markets a product with advertising that is not honest The worst part is when you receive it, you are not made aware of the complex return policy if you are not satisfied BUYER BEWARERead the fine print I followed the return policy exactly and returned the product in a timely fashion along with the same product from a sister company "Smile Pro Direct" They advertised that these two product were different, but if used together would give amazing results The products were exactly the same, and the address to return both products was also identicalI mailed them the same day and Smile Pro did receive the box Dental Pro at home would not admit that they had received their box, and demanded a delivery confirmation (BE SURE TO KEEP YOUR POSTAL RECIEPT) but I had lost mine I finally resorted to opening a VISA credit card disupute and was awarded my $that Dental Pro at Home had billed me A MONTH AFTER I HAD CANCELLED There computers even tell you on the phone that your auto-pay had been cancelled
This company is very devious and I would not buy from them again
