This is a scam. I thought I was getting a product ed for a discounted price. After processing it said after 8 days I would be enrolled in a trip and billed monthly for the product. It said this could be cancelled through the website. I used the way cancle option and it said my credit card would only be billed once for a price I had never agreed to. I called this business and they said because I already 'cancelled' the account online they could not override this and I will be charged for the product. I was trying to cancel it 2 minutes after I ordered it, and they refused to cancelled the charge or give me a full refund.

your statements are only partially true as is with most deceptive practice. I did not see the charge you say was a notification in the agreement. If you'll notice many complaints concerning your business practices are similar to mine. Most agreements are to protect the seller from further pay outs. Yours, if there was one was not noticeable. Also, one of your representatives called to confirm my agreement and she was told by me that I was not aware that I agreed to a contract and to cancel it. She did not and I received no email confirmation that I was still in a contract with your company. The merchandise arrived after the date it was to be returned. Anyone with a sound mind would realize that a consumer sampling a $1.09 product was not going to purchase something for almost 10 times its price. After I called to complain, my number went to an automatic statement that my account was closed. Curiously I have not seen one of your advertisements since. I was obviously targeted, taken advantage of and removed from your list. JMHO. If you were a reputable company you would have no problem refunding the 2 charges of $94.31. We'll see if you are customer service oriented or deliberately taking advantage of people on the Internet.  I hope the Revdex.com can review the complaints on the websites and respond in my favor if you are not honorable enough to do it yourself. JMHO.

In addition you failed tofollow our policy, stating that you needed to use your own credit card to orderour product. We are not responsible you failed to follow the terms that youagreed to. You may also note that the termsyou agreed to (the same terms which stated you needed to use your own creditcard) stated that you may only receive one refund for your most recent shipmentif a successful return is completed. You failed to return your product asinstructed by the return deadline date, and I made an exception and issued arefund of the product price despite your failure to comply with our termsmultiple times. Ms. [redacted],

We recently received your complaint from the Revdex.com regarding your Bella At Home account. We take complaints very seriously and we hope this response will provide you with additional information. We received your order on April 16, 2014...

and shipped your package the next day.

The terms of the offer that you agreed to at the time of your order clearly state that you were to have a one week trial period starting from the date of your order processing in which you could cancel your account to avoid further charges.  They also indicate that “you must take affirmative action to avoid further charges or you will be charged in the amount of $94.31 eight days from the date of your order processing for the product.”

These terms were presented to you in multiple places on our website when you ordered our product. Additionally, you were sent an order confirmation email after your order was completed that provided a full written version of the terms you agreed to.

When you ordered the product you also checked a box indicating that you had read and agreed to the terms of the offer. When a customer checks that box we must assume that they have actually done what they are stating they did. If there was any confusion with the terms you could have called our customer service team and they would have been happy to assist you.

The first time we heard from you regarding the cancelation of your account was on April 22, 2014 when you used our online cancelation form. At that time you accepted an offer to keep your initial trial shipment for an extremely reduced rate of $9.41 which also canceled your account.

You did have multiple options presented to you, including the option to return your product to avoid this, and all charges, however because you selected to keep your product for the discounted rate you are not eligible for a return or refund. Your account remains canceled and you will not receive any other shipments or charges.

Bella At Home

Ms. [redacted],

We recently received your complaint from the Revdex.com regarding your Bella At Home account. I apologize for the delay in responding to your complaint, we were first provided with it on November 20, 2013. We take complaints very seriously and we...

hope this response will provide you with additional information. According to our records, we received your order on February 26, 2014 and shipped your package the same day.

The terms of the offer that you agreed to at the time of your order clearly state that you were to have a one week trial period starting from the date of your order processing in which you could cancel your account to avoid further charges.  They also indicate that “you must take affirmative action to avoid further charges or you will be charged in the amount of $92.13 ten days from the date of your order processing for the product.”

Since we did not hear from you during your trial period, you were charged $92.13 on March 8, 2014. The first time we heard from you regarding the cancelation of your account was later that day after you had already been charged. Your account was immediately canceled and you have not received any shipments or charges since then.

At that time we reminded you of the terms of the offer that were agreed to at the time of your order which state that once the trial period has ended, product from the initial shipment is not eligible for a return or a refund.

I apologize but you are not eligible for any refund as we were not contacted within your trial period to cancel. Your account remains canceled and you will not receive any further shipments or charges.

Mr. [redacted],

We recently received your complaint from the Revdex.com regarding

your Bella At Home account. We take complaints very seriously and we hope this

response will provide you with additional information. According to our

/>

records, we received your order on January 15, 2013 and shipped your package

the same day.

The terms of the offer that you agreed to at the time of your order clearly

state that you were to have a one week trial period starting from the date of

your order processing in which you could cancel your account to avoid further

charges.  They also indicate that “you

must take affirmative action to avoid further charges or you will be charged in

the amount of $76.13 ten days from the date of your order processing for the

product.”

These terms were presented to you in multiple places on our website when you

ordered our product. Additionally, you were sent an order confirmation email

after your order was completed that provided a full written version of the

terms you agreed to.

When you ordered the product you also checked a box indicating that you had

read and agreed to the terms of the offer. When a customer checks that box we

must assume that they have actually done what they are stating they did. If

there was any confusion with the terms you could have called our customer

service team and they would have been happy to assist you.

Since we did not hear from you during your trial period, you were charged $76.13

on January 25, 2013. You were then enrolled into our monthly shipment program

and received 11 additional packages at the cost of $76.13 plus shipping. The

first time we heard from you regarding the cancelation of your account was on November

30, 2013 after your November shipment had already been dispatched. Your account

was immediately canceled and you have not received any shipments or charges

since then.

At that time we provided you with

return instructions so you could return your November shipment for a full refund

of the product price (minus shipping costs). Your return must be received by

December 15, 2013 for a refund of $76.13 to be issued. Your account is not

eligible for any additional refunds or returns.

Bella At Home

Bella at Home is completely dishonest. I never, ever received a package or return label from Bella at Home. I have spoken to the Mail Fraud department at the United States Postal Office, USA and they feel Mail Fraud is certainly a problem for this company. They have no record of a package being shipped to my address from Bella at Home. The tracking number that Bella at Home gave me was only a PRESHIPMENT LABEL, which means the package never left their facility. The USPS are currently investigating as well. Upon realizing that I was on to their fraudulent activities, Bella at Home has adjusted my credit card account after my credit card company started disputing the charges. inve

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I was told that I the items were not returned with in the slotted amount of days "unopened" that I would be charged. Lot can not be a trial of I am unable to open the product.

Regards,

This business deal just like a scam artist. I received an email from ebay for a free offer an ending up with these crooks (BELLAATHOME.com). I am retired so I have the time to watch my credit statement. Their game is to prey on individuals that might not notice what they are doing with charges on your card.
