Thank you, BellaAtHome Customer Service Team24 hours a day, 7 days a week [redacted] (US Only)Please note that your return deadline date is December 16, 2014. If we do not receive your return by that date a refund will not be issued. It is your responsibility to read the purchase terms at the time of your order. We provided them in multiple places both during your order process and even emailed you the terms after you completed your order. You failed to read the terms of your offer, were offered a full refund, and still filed a frivolous complaint. We will not cover shipping costs. If you would like to receive a refund of $92.13 you can follow the return instructions that were provided to you prior to filing this complaint.

Ms. [redacted],  We recently received your complaint # [redacted] from the Revdex.com regarding your Bella at Home account. According to our records, we received your order on June 15, 2015. The terms of the offer that you agreed to at the time of...

your order clearly state that you were to have a 10 day trial period starting from the date of your order processing in which you could cancel your account to avoid further charges.  They also indicate that “you must take affirmative action to avoid further charges or you will be charged in the amount of $92.13 ten days from the date of your order processing for the product.” These terms were presented to you in multiple places on our website when you ordered our product. Additionally, you were sent an order confirmation email after your order was completed that provided a full written version of the terms you agreed to. When you ordered the product you also checked a box indicating that you had read and agreed to the terms of the offer. When a customer checks that box we must assume that they have actually done what they are stating they did. If there was any confusion with the terms you could have called our customer service team and they would have been happy to assist you. According to our records the first contact we had requesting the cancelation of your account was on June 20, 2015. At the time you canceled your account, we issued you a return merchandise authorization number (both through a live customer service representative and through a follow up email) so you could return your shipment to avoid any further charges. Using this method, you will incur no charges for the product. An email was sent to your email address with full instructions to return your package. The Trial portion of the product is yours to keep. If you do not wish to be charged for the included Complete Program portion of the shipment, then that portion of the shipment must be returned to us unopened and undamaged by the due date below. Returns will not be recognized without an RMA number.  Your RMA number is [redacted].   Your package must be received back to our warehouse before 2015-07-15 to avoid being charged $92.13 for the Complete Program. The initial shipping costs are not refundable. Please write the RMA number prominently on the outside of the shipping package. Our return shipping address is: [redacted]

Please note that we process returns within 72 hours of it arriving to our warehouse. If you should need further assistance, please contact our Customer Service Center. We're happy to assist you in any way we can.  Thank you,  Bella at Home Customer Service Team 24 hours a day, 7 days a week  [redacted]

I had ordered a sample on a secondary site and CERTAINLY would NOT have ordered it if the price of $92.13 was apparent.  What I received was NOT what had been described in the secondary site.  It was something I had purchased before for less than $25 and had not found it that effective.  Also, I received the second shipment within 3 to 4 days of receiving the sample, not nearly enough time to evaluate the effectiveness of the product.  The 3-20 date they quote was the 2nd call to them.  I had already called before to cancel and had asked at that time about returning the 2nd shipment being told that I didn't need to.  That was before I got the huge charge on my credit card which is what prompted my second call and getting the address to return the product.  They did say they would NOT return the full purchase price even though I returned it fully intact. I really had no choice if I didn't want to pay the $92.13.  Yet in all fairness, I have never seen such a HUGE return /restocking fee and especially when the product was barely worth that price -$23.58 -in the first place!  When I return products to other retailers, I get a FULL refund but should at least get half of the $23.58, and if they refuse, they should be identified as fraudulent merchant.

As others have reported, this is a SCAM!
I read a "news article" about a local housewife that had great results from using 2 products together, and that the "free trial" was once again available, but you better hurry and get in on the "free trial."
You order your "10 day free trial" for $1.03, then get charged $3.87 shipping - plus they send you a 30 day supply that you never ordered, which you have to request an RMA within 10 days of the order (not the delivery) and return the product (not just unused, but unopened) that you did not order!
You don't realize what is going on until you see a charge of $92.13 on your credit card. The terms are buried in the order confirmation email, and none of this is indicated in the actual shipment received.
I got hooked by the original "news article", and ordered 2 of the very same product, so I got SCAMMED twice on the same product.
I ended up paying $200 for an at home product that I could of got a professional version of for $150 from my dentist...bad way to save money. :(
Don't fall for this SCAM.

TOTAL SCAM! I ordered the.advertised trial size NOTHING ELSE! when I check my bank account I discovered they charged me an additional $92.30! After much going back & forth they agreed to a refund upon receiving the unopened, undamaged product. I'm a single mother and was supposed to take my son on a trip do the 1st time & had to cancel and lose $150 deposit cause I had no money to buy needed supplies for the trip.

[redacted], Thank you for providing tracking information. I have issued a full refund in the amount of $92.13 today. It may take a few business days to reflect on your statement.

This company is dishonest. After requesting a trial offer on November 14, 2015, I received the product on November 20, 2015 days before the trial off was to expire. I contacted the company on 11/22/15 at 9:28 am and was told they would extend my trial offer, but if I wanted to cancel to do so by 12/3/15. I went online and cancelled the trial offer on their website on 12/2/15 at 9:28am and saved a copy of the cancellation for my records. I was given instruction on how to return the merchandise which must be received by 12/17/15. I mailed the merchandise on 12/8/15. I did everything requested in a timely manner and was still charged full price of $92.13 ten days after the deadline for them to receive the returned product.

I called today 1/11/16 after seeing the charge on 12/27/15 of $92.13 and requested to be refunded as I did everything according to their instruction. They told me I never contacted to cancel my subscription. They have no record of it. I told them I can prove that I cancelled and they wouldn't accept that. They still would not refund the $92.13. Instead, they offered to return 30% of the $92.13 and when I still stated that it's not my fault they claim to not have record of my cancellation, I was then offered a 60% refund and that was their final offer.

This company is unethical, dishonest and I would not recommend anyone using them!

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID[redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.]

Regards,

Of course you have a canned response, of clearly stated terms of an agreement on your website.  However, I never ordered from your website.  And, my agreement was to pay shipping only for a free trial, which turned out to be anything but free at $92.13. What is clear is that I got taken, yet you try to appease me with a 60% refund.  Your product was too harsh on my gums, and the skin lining the roof of my mouth. Your business practices left a foul taste in my mouth.

Ms. [redacted],

Your package has been received back and a refund of $92.13 has been issued back to your card. Please allow 5-7 business days for this refund to post.

Mr. Abelt,We recently received your complaint from the Revdex.com regarding your Bella At Home account. We take complaints very seriously and we hope this response will provide you with additional information. According to our records, we received your order on December...

23, 2014 and shipped your package the next day. The terms of the offer that you agreed to at the time of your order clearly state that you were to have a one week trial period starting from the date of your order processing in which you could cancel your account to avoid further charges. Since we did not hear from you during your trial period, you were charged $92.13 on January 2, 2015. The first time we heard from you regarding the cancelation of your account was later that day after you had already been charged. Your account was immediately canceled and you have not received any shipments or charges since then.  At that time we reminded you of the terms of the offer that were agreed to at the time of your order which state that once the trial period has ended, product from the initial shipment is not eligible for a return or a refund.  However, in an effort to maintain our standard for customer satisfaction we made an exception and allowed you to return your product for a full refund.   Your return was received on January 9, 2015 and a refund of $92.13 was issued the same day.  You have already received a full refund, thus your desired resolution has already been reached, prior to filing this complaint. In the future I would recommend reading the purchase terms prior to ordering a product. [redacted] Bella At Home

My complaint is that I NEVER contacted Bella at Home by phone or online and yet they started sending THEIR PRODUCT and charging me $103.04 for 4 months!!! This is FRAUD!!! All I did was call The original company Blizzard White at their Toll Free Phone Number displayed on my TV screen for a 1 month trial Offer for, I believe $ 1.03 and $ 3.90 to ship. I received no order paperwork with their product. Because I had Lumbar Fusion Spine Surgery, I was unable to access my email. I called BOTH companies to cancel both orders, February 2, 2016. I filed Complaints with the Revdex.com to also alert the Public of these Scams! I will
NEVER ORDER AGAIN FROM A TV COMMERCIAL!!! I trust the Revdex.com hoping and
praying they can help me. Sincerely, [redacted]

I ordered a trial offer from this company. I also ordered a trial offer from a company called [redacted]. Apparantly these companies work together and advertise their products together. The trial offer for each was to cost 1.03 (each) and I put this on my charge. It turns out that each billed me 3.87. They are also sending extra product that I either have to return or pay a discounted price for if I decide to keep. They are hard to reach by phone and they have an easy cancellation set up on their phone but you either have to buy the product they have sent (that you did not ask for) or you have to return it all at your expense. They also have an easy cancellation spot on their website. This makes me think that there are many people who have ordered this trial offer that are unhappy as am I. They seem to have a very good racket going on. I hope you will investigage these companies and their websites. /the website says you can reach them 24/7. I found this to be untrue. I feel they do not really advertise what you are getting into clearly. I would never had ordered the trial if I had understood this. I really believed all I was to receive was a small trial offer. This has turned into a big hassle!
